Comfy and nice. The outside stairs were awful climbing to the 3rd floor with a suitcase. Will stay on 1st floor next time!!!

Great location for any activities in Temple and close to HW35 and food if you are just traveling through.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, plus the price was great. However, when I got to my room, I was welcomed with a stale odor of cigarettes and old carpet. If you can sniff past that, your stay will be nice.

We checked in late and left early. Was a convenient location for travelers. No parking, the whole lot was full by the time we got there. Floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and I refused to let my 1 yr old crawl around. Breakfast was good, quick and convenient. The night time staff was not the friendliest.

Needs a lot of updating; at best, this is a 1 1/2 star motel.

Not what I expected, this location does not live up to the brand name.

So, for $64/night I suppose it was okay. The walls were so thin I could hear the man in the adjacent room coughing, the people above me talking and every person walk down the corridor. After that, the sink and bathtub drained SOOOO slowly, I could barely wash my face and shower. The bed is quite firm and the TV doesn't have many channels at all. Overall, it did the job and was a roof over my head!

overall, good. Rates good. 30 miles from destination

During a weekend when most hotels were jacking up their rates, this hotel was a great value. Thanks for being there.

Adequate accommodations for one night stay. Little outdated and certainly no perks, but staff was suitable.

Room a little small but all in all it was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the easy access to hotel and restaurants.

Bugs in the room, The hotel is dated and is in need of a face-lift.

I am easy to please, but I was not pleased with this motel experience. First, they tried to give me a smoking room, as there were "no other rooms available." Then, when I asked them to find me a room at another hotel, a non-smoking room majically became available. I was not expecting frills, but I do insist on a clean room. I requested vacuuming after check-in, so I could feel comfortable taking my shoes off inside the room. Other than a dirty carpet, the room was fine. I was out to save a little money on this business trip. I guess you get what you pay for.

It's an all around motel room. It has some old furniture in it. I can't recommend it for family trip but i only needed to sleep for one night. The front lady was very nice! The waffle maker is cool up front.

Room was ready early. desk was very helpful. Nice room, really better than expected. Reccommend thia motel to everyone.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The millions of little birds I heard chirping outside the room when I checked in went to sleep before I did, so that was great.

we have overnight trip for here, and here is good.

Great location easy access to hwy and restraunts

We always ask of non-smoking room this time the room smell like smoke the minute you walked into it> I was told it was nonsmoking but it was not.

we have stay at this hotel everytime that we go to Temple. We like this hotel.
