Checked in and found no towels and no shower curtain. Night clerk offered hand towels and suggested we take baths. The day shift fixed the problems immediately. Fire that night clerk!

The room was infested with bed bugs. Everything was fine until i got in bed and 5 minutes after that i started scratching...turned around and saw at least 5 bed bugs on the sheets.

I was going to get away on a small trip and i loved the location and friendliness

I guess, you get what you pay for. The price range is cheap but close to the mall and restaurants. I had booked for a non smoking 1bed. Ended up getting a smelly double bed. I was able to switch rooms, but it wasn't even better. I was told they we're booked up but when night came and early morning arrived. The parking lot wasn't pack. The shower water smelled. The TV volume was messed up. I could hear everything that was going on outside. A little traffic hear and there.

For the money and the last minute arrangements this hotel definitely suited all of our needs. The location was super convenient and I would definitely stay here again on future visits to Killeen.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was one of the best we have seen.

Hotel front desk staff was very nice and personable--good sign after long trip. Room was fine. Clean, updated. Only minor issues a couple burned out light bulb in desk top lamp. Volume control on TV remote and on-off-button did not work. Could of called desk but not big deal. Location was fine. Cleaning staff were very friendly and have worked their for many years. Only there 2 nights, good price!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very clean and the staff werenvery friendly. However the room wasnt cleaned properly, there were socks and crayons under the bed and the sheets on one of the beds had a stain.

It was a very nice stay. Close to relatives that I was visiting. Shopping center nearby. Only drawback was I couldn't get the room warm and a slight problem with the bathroom. Could not get that problem fixed until the next morning, which was too late for I was only there for one nigh.

all was very nice, the staff was nice, seemed clean

Our accommodations were very good and the personnel were very nice and helpful. The location is very close to Fort Hood and we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

The staff made our three day Thanksgiving weekend stay pleasant! They were very helpful. We specified smoke-free and got it (sometimes a "smoke-free" room stills has that odor...)! Room was comfortable and clean, access to restaurants, shopping and highway very easy. Will definately use this hotel again when visiting Killeen.

My bf and I stayed here for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday. No major issues or complaints. The rooms are simply decorated, clean, and comfortable. The location was probably the biggest plus this hotel had to offer. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and grocery in the area. I recommend it to anyone who is trying to travel on the cheap and isn't super picky. It's not amazing but it's definitely better than other comparable hotels.

Room was clean but kind of small. Air conditioner was noisy, and water control in shower was reversed so you have to be careful not to get scalded with hot water when first turning it on. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good with eggs, bacon or sausage plus fruit and juices. Coffee available 24 hrs. The draw back was that our clothes hanging and in suit case were damp all the time because the AC unit didn't dehumidify very well.

Everything was Great from start to finish.........

this is the second time i have stayed at this hotel in a yr ...i LOVE this place and its staff ....front desk and house keeping all amazing and wonderful people ....breakfast was amazing ... bisquits & gravy , cheese omlets , bacon , sausage , the works .... when i go to killeen this will always be my choice where i stay

The best part about the stay at this hotel was the comfort level of the bed. It was very easily accessable to all the shops and to my relatives.

I booked a non smoking room and ended up with a room that smelled like cirgarettes.

This property was not clean at all. Windows, floors, bathroom walls mirrors, sitting table all were nasty. The staff could not even furnish an extra ice bucket! The cost was $80. , if I could have seen it first, I might have payed $ 50 with regrets. Had people and workers living on property yelling and standing n all the breezways. Didn't feel safe at all for two women alone.

Close to shopping and main highway is easy on / easy off.

Pete, please know that we take matters like these very seriously at the Days Inn Killeen. In the rare instance we come across this issue we have a certified third-party control company come to inspect and treat the room if necessary. It is deeply regrettable that you happened to come across this issue while staying with us and we sincerely apologize as I can assure you this is an incredibly uncommon occurrence for us.

I wanted to take the time you thank you for staying with us. We take pride in the fact we are so close to a Walmart and a Golden Corral right next to our hotel. We look forward to you staying with us again.
