No fleas is a good thing. A lot of noise from renovation upstairs right on my head woke me up and gave me headache. When we called the front desk, she said it was in the website. Not a very nice response. Because of that, I will not go back in your hotel.
Property was under construction and did not have the room type i reserved available and attempted to substitute for a room the size of a closet. Very disappointing holiday travel night.
I love it very clean and very friendly staff five star all the way!
Everything was good, staff were wonderful, only issues were that where the clock is, there was s no outlet, so why have a clock, and not plugged in, and my room particular, but not in general the air conditioner was not cooling enough, but it wasn't hot in room by any means. Place was clean, and quiet.
My stay here was very comfortable and nice. Any issues I had they quickly got them solve. The room was great, nice and clean.
I enjoyed this place and was near a lot of stores . It overall was a great value .
I always stay at this hotel when I visit my fiance in Fort Hood. The room I had this time needed a little maintenance (DVD player was acting up, coils on stove were uneven) but still was a very comfortable room as always. Love that there is a grill and patio outside. I hate going out to eat too much!
This hotel is probably good for an extended stay as it does offer suites exclusively. However, the hotel was understaffed and seemed to be poorly managed. The location is horrible. At 4:30 p.m. we had to wait 20 minutes to see if our room was ready, and we were not the only ones waiting. While we waited, a man waited patiently to pay for two sodas before just laying the money behind the counter and leaving as there was no one to attend to him or us for 15 minutes or so. Rooms were very clean and well-stocked but only average in comfort. Also, the desk clerk gave us one room key and the other "key" was an old priority club rewards card. Good thing my wife and I only needed the one. Really need to get it together here!!!
very friendly staff. comfortable rooms. close to most everything. i loved it! i'll be looking forward to my next trip out there.

Dear Valued Guest, We apologize for the lack of empathy shown by our team mate. The rest of us wish we were there to assist you as you experienced the noise created by the renovations crew. We request you to please give us another chance and we will make sure we win your confidence back. Once again we are truly sorry!! With Gratitude Holiday Inn Killeen Team
