Mrs Kia was super nice. We were greeted with I wonderful smile. Even my kids liked her very much. She was just so amazingly nice.

The shower had mold growing in the caulking. Carpet next to sofa had what looked like a quarter size blood stain. Door by pool area was not locked going into pool area and the door into the hotel by the pool was unlocked.
Disappointed in the room. There was clothes left in the closet. As well as a broken shower handle. That was just gently set back up. So when I opened shower door it swung off and hit glass door. But the staff was so friendly!
The stay was okay. It was nice to have these amenities and all. However I didn’t like that there was a curfew or a incident fee because my flight was cancelled and I had no means of transportation to the hotel from Dallas. I can’t control flights and when they take off but im getting charged a fee is ridiculous. The curfew doesn’t not make sense because what if I want to get late dinner or I’m coming back from a long drive? Each guest is an adult so we should be trusted with our time management and not be treated like children with a given curfew.
I wouldn't try the free breakfast they offered. Very poor quality food.
I been in this hotel several times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, no funny smell and the price is good as well.

The staff was responsive and nice. The 2 out of 2 rooms had badly stained couches. Visible damage to several areas (e.g. showers, elevators).

I’ve stayed here before and was really pleased with the rooms and cleanliness. The staff —especially this particular time were so kind and personable. Always waving and asking how things were going and making small talk as we passed by. They just seemed genuine about wanting to make sure our stay was great.
The staff was always friendly and always willing to help with any any issue that that i Had. This is a A staff.
Room had stained carpet in the main entrance area by the pull out sofa as well as pink finger nail polish stains on the carpet next to one of the beds. The elevators were quite shaky and almost started going up with the doors open.
Staff was great. We will stay there next time. Close to everything.
Wet sheets, funky smell, no working outlets. Switched rooms and they didn’t care to stock it and check the conditions of it. Sinks were clogged and that point I was exhausted and checked out at 8am the next day.
Brand new building,friendly staffs,so close to everything such ARMY Base,Fort Hood Airport,mall,stores,restaurants. Most important this hotel PET Friendly. Highly recommend. Mr & Mrs.Ortiz
Staff is very welcoming and friendly.... and that’s a plus when you’re traveling for work and don’t see many people.Clean location would most definitely stay again
I loved my room the view the room was clean the fridge and microwave were pros. Front desk staff was nice and caring love the breakfast to go bags they had set up. But i didn’t like that even after extending my stay with the front desk due to work i had the housekeeping staff opening my door without knocking thank God i had a latch on.... one hour after that incident they can me back knocking on it asking when i was leaving. There needs to be better communicate between the front desk and it’s staff.
