Welcome to Duncan’s Dune – Your safe bet for a family vacation! This home was built in 2004 and offers 4 Bedrooms, 3 full baths/2 half baths. This is a non-smoking residence with a private pool, hot tub, and plenty of parking space.

The ground level features a king ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom, in addition to a spacious recreation room with TV, refrigerator, washer/dryer, powder room, and wet bar ideal for creating fun family memories.

The mid-level includes two queen bedrooms suites as well as a bunk room. The first queen has its own full bathroom and the second bedroom shares a full bath with the bunk room.

The top level opens to a great room, dining area, kitchen and powder room that will allow your family to gather together and enjoy the ocean air opening to a furnished, spacious sun deck. The ocean views are beautiful from the living room deck with a cup of coffee!
