There is a/c in the living room, a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and Blu-ray / DVD player. Also enjoy meals on the ocean view lanai! For outdoor activities, Wailea Ekolu #405 is equipped with beach chairs, and beach towels. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions.
