Opera Hotel

5.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Centrally located. Excellent staff providing a very high level of service. I will stay there again.

The hotel is very well placed in Kiev, being very close to the key places downtown. The spa facility offers a very extensive array of treatments from simple to exotic. Staff were exceptional in their duties and rooms were comfortable.

The hotel is not a 5-star hotel at all. Even though their site mentions Free Breakfast, they do not honor this. The location is not good, the rooms are outdated. The heating system does not work well. It was a comparatively low rate that was offered, but the service was rated even lower.

Stayed here while in Kyiv for business. The staff is absolutely great and helpful in every way.

The Opera Hotel in Kiev, Ukranine was a beautiful hotel. Had very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently downtown access. The only negative was that I thought that I was entitled to the complementary breakfast, but was not. It was a great hotel experience, none the less. Michael

The employees were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. I liked the free wifi, television, and bed comfort.

I stay at a classic room for 2 nights....this is a very, very small room, after I put in the luggage in the room...I even can not walk ! Only the Lobby is beautiful....while I was sitting in the Lobby, one lady come to me, ask me if I need any drink? I say: give me fruit juice, I thought this is a complimentary drink from the hotel....but next day she ask me pay $8.00 for this drink, even she did not show me any menu or give me bill ? So do not take any drink from the lobby....because this is drink from bilini(?) Bar.....who come to you while you sitting in the lobby....they will never show you the menu ? I do not suggest you stay in this tiny hotel !

I liked this hotel. Even you can easily get cheper option, located centrally in Kiyev, for 1/3 of the price of "Opera". Best regards, Alexander

I had an excellent stay at the Opera Hotel when I was in Kiev. The entry and reception areas are terrific and very elegant. Only issue is of course is in Ukraine they still have smoking in the public areas. The room was outstanding, and the amenities were excellent. Shower and bath were top of the line. Bed was very comfortable and luxurious. The staff were exceedingly helpful and polite. All in all, it was a great stay and this is the new place I will stay when I come to Kiev. I highly recommend it.

this wqs my third time visitng this hotel so obviouly i like it,,,kiev is expensive city and this hotel is expensive for ukraine but not too much in comparison to toehr good kiev hotels...the rooms are nice and the staff is especially nice...the breakfast iis overpriced but this is true of every hotel ive stayed at throughout the world lol...the best value was to eat at the bellini bar and not the formal restaurant in my opinion.. only one problem that wasnt the hotels fault,,i got ripped off by the taxi driver they called to take me to the airport but the hotel said they will reimburse me!!! classy

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who really cares about comfort. The staff was excellent, the room was cozy, the bed was awesome,(i had a king size bed) and the hotel overall had a great atmosphere
