I like the hotel very much, it was close to the metro station, l only stay for six nights and the service were good only wish for more English speakers staffs on the front decks, Wi Fi were bit slow some days but it serve me ok. Yes, l would come back to this hotel again.

I stayed at that hotel quite a few times since 2006. They always have been very helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The hotel offers wifi, has a small restaurant, a small shop and is 30sec away from the underground.

Friendly staff, good internet, clean rooms. Modern reception, rooms dated - kind of 1940's style. Water cooler also delivers hot water to make your own tea (if you bring your own tea bags). Breakfast was fine. Lots of choice and you pay for it as a separate part of the bill. Air con unit in rooms serves as heater. If you need a central place to stay at low cost, this is fine.

The only claim I could address to the hotel management is that wi-fi does not work fast in the rooms, so I had to go to the lounge to use it. As for the rest, the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly - I could check-in at 11 a.m. with no problems

Close to a Metro stop and easy access to city center. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Adjacent to large park that is wonderful for running or walking. Restaurants and markets within an easy walk.

Standard room (single) is tiny but cheap and clean. £164 for a week. Hotel food could be better - 2 good restaurants within 500m. Good metro link to downtown. Little English spoken by staff, smile free zone. 1 English language TV channel (RT-The Russian propaganda channel). About £11 from international airport by taxi. Overall initial impression is that it is dull, because most lights are switched off. Lifts are a bit scary - but safe - by UK standards. Fitness centre is a joke.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast is largely unrecognizable, lukewarm, and greasy. The rooms are a reasonable size. The hotel is close to the metro which is nice, but it is not close to the city center nor much to see or do. Sometimes the water in the shower comes out brown and muddy. The people near me on my floor were noisy and there is not good sound separation from the hallway so it was difficult to sleep. The wifi was very spotty and I could rarely connect for more than a minute or two at a time.

Stayed for 5 nights during Eurovision. Using Uber App less than £2.00 for taxi to centre of Kiev. Rooms were superb and spotless I had a suite inc living area, dining area, dressing area, bedroom and huge bathroom. Lovely towels, dressing gowns and small extras. Wi Fi was superb in all areas. Breakfast wasn't the best so only had that once and the bar area needs attention but overall superb value for money.

Only stayed for one night but it was very good, big room, friendly staff who were, as usual for Ukraine, devoid of smiles, quiet and very convenient location and relatively cheap for Kiev. I liked the spacious lifts (for a change) and the large comfy, separate smoking room, which strangely for me, even the staff used, which was okay because they were friendly. Reception were very receptive (pun intended!) to several enquiries we made and generally it was a good stay . . . we would come back :)

The location was brilliant, since I had business to attend near by. I was staying here for 4 days and everyday staff was really friendly and kind (receptionists and security). Room itself and bathroom were clean and decent. Cleaner ladies were really friendly as well. Everything was brilliant, thank you very much. Excellence.
