It was close to everything, very clean, affordable, and surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
A good resort near the south end of Duvall. Friendly, helpful staff. 24 hour coffee. We didn’t take advantage of the free cheese and wine for happy hour, or the free breakfast but the in-laws did.
The location is very convenient. The common areas are nice. Unfortunately the bedroom / bathroom could use some updating. Staff was very friendly.
The room I had was not worth the pay at least but in my opinion. It was old and musty. I had ants in the room and the bathroom very much outdated.
Convenient and walkable location, but just far enough off Duval to also be quiet.
Very nice place . Only issue was all the iguanas harassing people around the pools.

This place was very quaint. Location was amazing.
The room had plenty of space but it was hot. No individual AC unit in the room. Controlled by the staff. There was a vent in the wall that you could see straight through into the hall way so we could hear everyone that walked by and what they were saying. Parking is extra and costs per night. For the money we paid, we expected more. The staff was friendly but we will not be staying there again.
