Nice facility and location. Staff was not very welcoming and checkin time changed from 3pm to 4pm. Arrived at 330pm and was made to wait for room. Other hotels offer discounts to hotel restaurant if no breakfast available but this one did not and only had warm OJ and coffee in lobby. Pretty small pool for number of guests.

Always a favorite! Gorgeous room, perfect location, beautiful pool!

The views from my balconies. What I didn’t like is that the WiFi didn’t work and the staff they sent to the work had know idea how to fix it.

Took off on a whim to the keys for Valentine’s Day and really had a great time. Hotel was clean, friendly people, great sunset view. Perfect weekend.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the water where the cruise ships come in. Great location- close to Duval St & the historical sites. The rooms are spacious & clean with a small balcony. We had 3 bottles of water in our room plus Keurig coffee machine. After a day of sightseeing this hotel was a wonderful place to come back & relax

Right on marina. One block from Duval Street. Fee to go the beach is odd. But it seems like it is at a different resort. A little deceiving upon booking.

Everything was as expected- terrific! The cruise ship situation is real though. It should be better shown on the website and at booking. There's a cruise ship parked out front almost every day (especially with the Mallory berth out of service.) The good news is they sometimes leave well before sunset. I kinda liked watching them come in and depart, but others may be disappointed to pay extra for an ocean view and get 'side of a cruise ship' view. The room had a Keurig coffee maker (with several pods each day, sweetener/ sugar, half & half packets & real mugs), mini fridge, safe, big tv with sleep timer, rainfall shower head, 2 Buffet themed Adirondack chairs on the patio, and a comfortable bed.

Nice Hotel. Great location for what I wanted to do & experience in KW.

Great location next to Mallory Square. Easy to walk to everything. Cruise ships do port right outside the hotel, but leave before sunset. Staff were all very friendly. Pool area was nice and the second floor sunset bar is a good location.

Top notch staff! Friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Everything within easy walking distance.

Everything was good but money and stuff in locker were stolen

This hotel is right on the boardwalk, however, it was not worth the money! It is extremely over priced and the resort fee covers nothing of importance! The beds and linens were nice, but the room was dirty! We had a huge wet spot on the carpet ! Out side the window was a big utility shed with a fan of some sort making noise 24/7. On the other side of the hotel you would see the cruise ship so it's a no win unless you are in the absolute front of the building. The pool was nice if you have sunny days to enjoy it. The resort fee is a rip off... you pay extra for parking and extra to rent bikes, so what is it for? Free water and a fruit kabob by the pool... the coffee/juice in the morning is in a different building and just not worth it. Very overpriced...the location is very convenient but other hotels in the area might be just as good if not better... For a resort at over $400 a night it was NOT WORTH IT !

When we arrived there was a large bottle of drain cleaner on the sink. The toilet had stains in it. The sliding door track was falling off the ceiling. There was supposed to be two bath robes in the room but there was only one. Good location but overpriced. $250 a night, then you are charged a $29 a day resort fee for internet, bottled water and use of umbrella.

The staff was very accommodating. They kindly upgraded our room to a two bedroom suite. Also when we learned that the hot tub by the pool was shut down for maintenance the front desk provided my family access to their sister site Sunset Key located on a private island which had a beautiful pool and two hot tubs free of charge. Everyone was upbeat and quite friendly and the location was perfect!!! Nestled between the ocean and The main attraction Duval Street. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice! Location is great close to everything the staff was very helpful. The room was like we were the first people to stay in it very clean. We’ve been to Key West a few times Great experience would definitely stay here again.
