The check in was absolutely infuriating! Thomason, the person at the front desk stated that they hadn’t been paid...it had been paid in full. He kept saying it was on Expedia’s end. I really think it was on his end. At one point he said that Expedia would probably cancel our reservation and we could lose our reservation! He was dismissive, unhelpful and condescending. Once it was finally resolved, he was still condescending! The views of the place advertises a beautiful pool with happy hour but don’t distinguish between Heron House and Heron House Court. Very misleading. TV didn’t work, Air Conditioning had one speed of full force. We will not return to this establishment.
