The hallways and elevators are not the cleanest. However rooms are very clean. And beds are Hard.

Facilities are newer and modern. The night manager was very helpful and accommodating. This hotel was better than some of the higher star hotels I've stayed at too. Would definitely stay here again

This is an excellent place to stay if you are looking for cleanliness, convenience, and free breakfast in the tradition of Hampton Inns, etc. As always the breakfasts are nice but of a certain low-cost quality. I found the price high, but maybe it was a busy week. Good place.
We were in Dayton due to a family tragedy. The staff was thoughtful. The overall appearance is bright and accessible. There were many other families enjoying their stay. The complimentary breakfast helped fuel our stay and we look forward to visiting not just the Dayton Holiday Inn Express & Suites but others around the USA and the world.
Great welcoming staff. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are modern and comfortable with great bedding. Only issue was one of the fitness room machines needed some maintenance. However, overall great place to stay and I will return.
