Benvenuto! Welcome to Il Villaggio! An Italian styled village right on the edge of Kerrville. Il Villaggio is on a private estate with a secure entrance. Consisting of 4 small Italian villas, each with over 1,000 sq ft of combined indoor and outdoor living space. Each villa of Il Villaggio is a two bedroom, one and a half bath retreat designed to bring you a piece of Italy here in the Texas Hill Country.

Enjoy the serene beauty on your private covered decks while listening to the calming sounds of nature and running water from one of the many fountains. Relax in the main room and take in the countryside through the oversized picture window and sliding glass doors. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal within your fully stocked kitchen and large dining space.

Within 10 minutes from the center of town, Il Villaggio provides a peaceful countryside atmosphere with easy access to the Guadalupe River, dining, shopping, and recreational activities. Located minutes from wineries in Kerrville and Fredericksburg, and around the corner from gorgeous drives through the legendary Three Sisters.

Each villa has been meticulously decorated with beautiful pieces of art, wall decorations, and furniture, all meant to bring you out of Texas, and into a small piece of each Italian city and region.

This particular listing is for Venezia or Venice in English. Venezia embraces the spirit of Tuscany and sits high with far reaching hill and long distance views from its private back deck. This beautiful villa sleeps 6 adults in 3 private sleeping areas. 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed, and 1 Queen bed, as well as a Queen sleeper sofa new from Lay-z-Boy with a 6" Tempur-Pedic mattress (this is not your parent's sleeper sofa!). The perfect getaway to relax and enjoy a piece of Italy in the heart of Texas Hill Country.

This is a gorgeous place, pictures don’t do it justice. It is also on a beautiful road right by the original James Avery. We stayed for our elopement in Fredericksburg and I couldn’t be more thankful for the host and for this great stay.

Cozy and Classy

Just an overnight stay after visiting nearby Kerville. Literally just down the street from the James Avery store (which was on our itinerary). Clean property with classy touches all around. Not a large rental space, but plenty of room for our party of five. Would definitely consider Staying at this property in the future.

Stayed in Venezia. Accomodations were beautiful AND comfortable! The view from the balcony was very relaxing... watched some ducks, deer, and a variety of creatures around the lake. I would stay here again.
