I am giving a bad review for this hotel that I've stayed at multiple times in the past year. This time round I had a very clean and prepared room, with a used condom on the floor. I then got put into a room that had no water. Following that, I tried to reduce my stay due to a fluctuation in my itinerary and while the staff were great they had no ability from management whom I never saw once, and proceeded to charge me the full amount. Absolutely despicable management. Won't ever return.

this is the 4th time I and my small 501c medical team has stayed here. Its been 4 years and unfortunately, although hotel is clean, a lot of general upkeep has not been maintained. for instance broken window locks, deteriorating shower door gaskets, soap scum at bottom of shower glass( could easily be removed with a razor scraper) Some room refrigerators work some do not. The staff is great, the breakfast buffet is very good, the rooftop restaurant, bar is a plus although sometimes service is a bit slow. Minor point but The Nation or the Standard in the lobby news rack would be nice. Probably will stay here again.

Place seems overused and abandoned

The room I stayed in was decent. Nothing fancy, the beds are simple, the mattress is comfortable and clean. The beddings are a little dump after room cleaning, but otherwise okay. The room I stayed in was quite at night, but the view was terrible. The staff at the check-in desk are fine when you come in, but after check-in, they are not so helpful or accomodating. The place is walking distance to Yaya Center. Upon checking in, the staff is great. When you book from Orbitz, there is clear indication that breakfast, parking and wifi are included in ALL rooms. False. The breakfast is an additional $20 per person when you book any one that says Room Only. Beware. However, it is cheaper to book from travel websites than directly from their website, even though you'll know the breakfast issue sooner rather than at 9:00 when you're hungry. For the price, you can get good food within walking distance e.g. Sarit Center. It is accessible to some nightclubs that are walking distance. They have a nice bar on the topmost floor which is brilliant. This is my experience, I don't know if it is ALL cases, but if you request for replacement for used teacups in the room, they take the dirty cups from the room and wash them and return them to the room rather than bringing in clean teacups when you request. I would stay at another hotel.

friendly staff. they do all they can to accommodate you. I needed an early check in and it was not a problem. they are available for the guests. The room was fine. They do a good job at cleaning it. quiet environment. I like to go back there.

Nice hotel near to restaurants and malls in Westlands. Room was very clean if oddly shaped. The road is a little rough and not too easy to find. Also, the same photo of the Eiffel Tower was on every level of the building--management can't afford more than one print? Also, the cleaning staff kept asking to clean the room while we were in it during the day and it became annoying. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant!

The facility was very modern & clean. Although construction was going on, my wig wasn't impacted by the noise. The rooftop bar has a nice ambiance.

We had a rough experience getting to the hotel and the front desk staff went way above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel relaxed!
