The staff was very kind and great. Everything else: worse experience ever. The second floor where our room was smelled horrible. Even opening the windows didn't help. Every cabinent was bare, not even one piece of silverware. When we asked at the front desk they gave us one plate and one spoon for two people! They said that this was all they had available. After an hour and half of waiting, they were finally able to find a small coffee maker for us, but no pots or pans. So, we were tasked with trying to make meals and serve them for two with only one plate, one spoon, and nothing else. The staff was on the phone constantly trying to deal with double bookings. We didn't even move our luggage in, and called around to find another place to stay. Thankfully the staff were very kind and helpful. We did not stay there, even one night due to all of the issues. While the staff wore masks, most of the other visitors did not despite the signs requiring them to do so and the NOLA mandate that they must indoors, which made us very uncomfortable.

The personnel were nice. The rooms were definitely older and outdated. Very little in the way of amenities. No hair dryer in room. There was a fridge and microwave, which is nice, but not even plastic utensils or anything to eat off of. Tub didn't drain at all. Was standing in over ankle-deep water while showering. Lots of chips and stains in sinks and tub. Their breakfast was, at best, minimal. Choice of a granola bar or a small wrapped muffin or packet of oatmeal and coffee.

It was a convenient area to restaurants. Sonic is right in front, you could walk to it.
Front desk were nice .bathroom and room could have used a little cleaning. Ketchenett is always good.good bed to .

Proximity to airport msy Fast check in fast check out
We were looking for a cheap room close to the airport to catch an early flight out, and that's what we got. Minutes from the airport, and the price was right. It looked like the lobby and exterior of the building had been spruced up, but the room we stayed in looked like it had seen some years of wear and tear. The mattress seemed old, and the pillows were like the 30-year-old ones from my grandmother's guest room. It was clean. It was not plush. It was fine for the price.
The room was clean and tidy. The view out the window was disappointing. There was a construction container filled with trash and old toilets that must have been replaced. The walls are VERY THIN! The floor above sounded like there was no carpet on the floor, rather like hard wood floors. No kidding, I could hear the shoes of someone as if they were on wood wearing dress shoes. The room adjacent to mine was bumpy the first night. The second night, they had a boom box jamming.
There was no front desk staff, I had to call upon arrival, no answer, after I waited 25 minutes, front desk staff appeared from back office with nasty attitude.
The front desk clerk was I believe her name was Lee. She was wonderful and made my trip!
I tried to get a drink out of the vending machine and everything was sold out and it kept my money I told the front desk clerk she told me their was nothing she could do. Then when I went downstairs for an extra blanket they handed me a balled up blanket they didn’t even look clean. The room was ok It was freeezing I turned off the a.c but it still kicking on and the bed was not to comfy. Lastly at checkout The staff had their young children running around in the lobby playing and they had a huge delivery blocking the entrance. It was a very unprofessional atmosphere and service was horrible.
The room is clean and large and the price is very reasonable. I will stay there again. The photo I took was before the room service had a chance to reset my room after my 1st night there.
Nice customer service but that is about it. Stay away and book elsewhere. Vending machine doesnt work, the facilities are old. Room construction is old and walls and ceilings are thin and can here conversations and footsteps from other rooms.
The desk staff were rude. The room was dirty and the hallway had a very bad odor. No amenities. I will never stay there again.
