I had a wonderful stay here with my family of 5. Excellent location for tourism but the best part for a mom who needed a break was the hot tub and sauna and the best selection to choose from on DoorDash! Absolutely wonderful stay, I will be a regular stay for the occasional getaway!

Excelente over all

the check in in this property is 4pm and check out was 11am, horrible room, smells muggy carpet, and i saw some bees at my window inside the room. the elevator stops in each floor even no one was waiting in the floor, i was in 7th floor.

The hallways and elevators were filthy. Littered with trash and not vacuumed for the two days we were there. The tile floors in the room were gummy and stained. The shower 'stall' was a surprise to see in a hotel. It was too small and narrow with a fabric curtain that did not keep water in the shower and stuck to the person while showering. The noise in the adjacent rooms was irritating. Teenagers playing in the hallway at all times of the day and night. This room was way overpriced for the conditions and amenities. btw....why the heart shaped tub??? We did not ask for this feature.

The only thing I like about this hotel is its swimming pool which has a pool section inside connecting with a pool section outside, and a hot pool. The bathtub didn't have a plug to take bath, so we had to ask for one. The most disappointing thing was their unclear message about cleaning and changing linen/towels. They wrote that "we will change your towels and sheets every three days." We stayed there four nights, so we assumed they would change our sheets promptly after 3 nights of stay. We got out of the room on our 4th day and expected the the room would be cleaned and sheets would be changed during the day, as in most other hotels. But when we came back, we saw that our room was not cleaned, the sheets and towels were not changed. So we had to ask the front desk for the towels and sheets and had to change the sheets by ourself.

The retro vibe of the decor was a nice touch. However, very basic accommodations without an eye for detail. No facial tissue in the room, no shampoo, but extra conditioners, and very, very, very, slow elevators.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for the proximity to Clifton Hill, which is no more than a 5 minute walk. Hotel itself is clean, rooms could use a little TLC (wallpaper was slightly peeling, handle on the hot tub was very difficult to turn). Elevators tend to be on the slower side, but there are 3 to choose from. Fitness room is nice, machines are newer. They do have a connected indoor/outdoor pool. We went in April so the outdoor was not open yet. The indoor pool is on the smaller side, but my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it and the hot tub. Lots of seating on the deck which is nice. Staff was friendly and efficient. If you are looking for an affordable, family-friendly hotel in a convenient location, stay here.

Decent

Beware your credit card ! Chinese woman at the reception used my credit card to the parking. Although i told her i will pay in cash and went to search atm to withdraw money ! After that I asked to talk to the manager. They never let me talk to him. Maybe he didn’t want to. I found it very bad and insulting. I wont trust never again this place and wont stay there again. Also. After the second night they will ask 25 usd in order to clean your room. Lol what ?! Another place ! Common !

The hotel was good we recommend it

No designated smoking area, causing all the smokers to congregate outside the front door and around the cars. No A/C In the hallways. Bathroom in my room smelled like old urine. Window Shades wouldn't fully close and let in all the city lights. None of the wall plugs worked properly, all were broken and couldn't hold a plug without it falling out. I had to hold the hair dryer plug in so my wife could dry her hair. Walls and ceilings were filthy. Cobwebs and spiderwebs in the corners. Jacuzzi was pretty nice and actually worked well.

This hotel was nice and tidy and equipped with an indoor swimming pool and hot tub which I loved. The room was spacious and not only was this hotel just a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill but the lobby is also connected to KFC, Baskin & Robbin’s and Pizza Hut which was super convenient.

I like that it was on the main strip but bathrooms were disgusting in lobby and I room smelled like mildew and the air condition unit was leaking all over the floor.

The property is extremely conveniently located, within walking distance of many restaurants and transportation options. The only off-putting aspect was that Kevin, the general manager, was a bit brusque and unapologetic about my inability to check in early. I'm aware there's a specific policy about early check-in and a charge associated with it, but his response to the request was a stern pushiness rather than a sympathetic no.

Thank you for sharing your concerns however please be aware that the policy regarding daily housekeeping services is as follows and is posted within all guestrooms as well as communicated on all websites as well as within your welcome email you receive when completing your reservation. Dear Valued Guest, Please be advised that we no longer offer Daily Housekeeping services for stays of two nights or less. For hotel stays exceeding two nights, guestrooms will be cleaned and serviced only upon request of the guest for the 3rd day of your stay. Daily housekeeping services may still be provided upon request at an additional charge of 24.95 per cleaning and will be automatically applied to your bill upon check-out. Additional items such as towels, tissue paper, coffee etc. will be available upon request at no charge from the Front Desk and will be brought to your guestroom door. Items such as linens will only be exchanged so please ensure any soiled items are left outside the door in the laundry bag provided otherwise replacement linens will not be supplied. (Guest must be within the room to accept these items) Additionally garbage bags will be provided within your guestroom, please bag any garbage and secure tightly, place outside your guestroom door and notify Front Desk that you have garbage to be removed. We are very sorry that you misunderstood the policy and sorry we could not meet your expectations.
