Great

lamp in room didn't work, fridge didn't work, only given small pillows that didn't fill up the pillow case, had to get out of pool due to someone pushing emergency shut off button, juices was out of breakfast bar, food not cooked fully for morning breakfast.

Last minute trip we were pleased with the cleanliness, helpful staff and comfortable room. Looking forward to staying there again and using the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was yummy

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only trouble we had was unruly children at the pool area, also running down the hall and an oblivious mother. Even the Grandma had her ears plugged.

I stayed for one night and it was a good experience overall.

Nothing fancy but better than some in the same price range. KENAI RIVER PIZZA was really good!

This hotel scored higher in cleanliness and staff friendliness than another unnamed hotel we stayed at in Anchorage. We found the room clean, even in the corners. There were red juice or soda stains on our carpet. It it was still so much better than our old hotel. Would gladly stay here again

This is our third experience at this hotel and I really like how all the staff make you feel at home. The kids loved the pool and there is s huge room for the delicious breakfast. Our room was a little small but very clean and we slept like rocks. It is right by Kenai High School, several restaurants, and Safeway. If you are in town for a sporting event, this is your place!

The Hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Further, the staff was fantastic. They provided amazing customer service. We had a great vacation thanks largely due to our stay at the "Quality Inn."

The entrance isn't that great, they really need to have double doors to accommodate someone carrying more than just a briefcase. And hopefully someone isn't trying to exit when you're trying to enter, much too small. The room was fine, nothing great. Wish there was better sound proofing in the walls, I'm glad there were people that were low key around me. I think $90 might be a bit high for nightly rates in winter, they do have a pool, so that is probably a justifiable price if having a pool is important to you.

The hotel looked neat. I heard a lot of compliments about this hotel. It seems that the hotel was booked for the weekend so I must of got lucky because I was on a business trip. Hotel staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and was able to guide me through the check in process which only took 10 minutes. The reason I am giving three stars is because of how old the rugs are in the rooms. They gave me bad odor smell on my socks and I can't handle that. This odor smell might be due to excess mold or dirty carpet. The room was clean but the room smelled like the room was built back in the 80's. Most hotels around the area were all renovated. The best part is the hotel offers the fastest speed in both Soldotna and Kenai. This was the reason why I stayed. Walmart is close by and it is close to the grocery stores. I moved over to the Aspen hotel due to how clean the rooms are and the rooms were build in 2008. Overall if they renovated their rooms just like all the other hotels, then they would get 5 stars from me.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good Continental breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Check-in slightly frustrating: reservations not there, took 3 tries up and down the stairs to get a key that worked. Room was uncomfortably hot (80). Good location, easy to find. Would recommend it.

Fishing was great when you are well rested.

It isn't much to look at when you drive up but the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and adequate for our needs, and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise - very good with plenty of selections. It even had a laundry room.

excellent service and help from the staff. appreciated the late check in as we had been fishing and got in late.

Friendly staff. New pool and spa. Small exercise room. provided hot breakfast with several options. conveniently located.

First the clerk gave a key that didn't work. There was construction going starting at 7 AM both days. The hotel cafe didn't open until noon so I had to go somewhere else for breakfast.
