Wonderful location right on the Kenai River and close to restaurants, shopping and everything a traveler might need. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially fishermen.

We had everything we needed for fishing on the Kenai right there. My husband was in heaven.
We stayed in the "crows nest" with our large family. The large space was wonderful but the constant traffic noise being next to the hwy kept us up at night. The staff argued with me when I told them I pre-paid for the room and didn't apologize when they discovered I was correct. There is no elevator so we had to carry luggage for 6 people up to the third floor up the stairs in the rain. The bar at the hotel is updated and the staff there were very nice. There is no continental breakfast. Overall, I had a much more enjoyable stay at a fishing cabin off the hwy last year (also cheaper) and would recommend staying at a location away from the hwy.
Bed was very comfortable; room was OK, but carpet had numerous stains; quite a bit of noise from being located right on main street and some noise from on-site lounge....office staff was very friendly and best part was comfortable bed.
We had the last room of the place...had River views but also had to sleep on separate beds. The noise from the bridge was sometimes loud. Front desk was helpful when we arrived. The hot water ran out during a very short shower. Slept good on the beds tho very exhausted to begin with anyway.
