Unique and cozy place in a historic building. Have to be able to go up outdoor stairs. Stairs are wide with rails to the second floor. Breakfast was delicious. Homemade to order by our host, Ashton, included freshly baked items. The common room had a wood burning stove and beautiful view of the mountains and ocean.
The swan's nest hospitality was so warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
Great location and amenities. We really appreciated the laundry room and kitchen. The fresh out of the oven scones for breakfast were also amazing.
Amazing breakfast! Gives the feel of a bed and breakfast. Loft can be a tad small but absolutely fits in with the Alaska corkiness and vibe. If I come to Seward again I’m coming here. 10 out of 10 would recommend
This is an interstesting Bed and Breakfast. Stayed with my family. The rooms are a little small, but the use of space was excellent. Breakfast was good. Its located within walking distance of Downtown Seward, with its restaraunts and shopping. Its a nice, clean place to stay. if you have small children, you may want to reconsider, but older kids would do fine and love the spot.
Location was good, breakfast was very good, staff were very nice. The entrance to the Inn has a bad smell. Our two rooms were dark and cramped, with no air circulation. Mine had only one window which was located in the bathroom. Because it looked out right into a neighbor’s kitchen only 15 feet away, I had to close the blinds every time I used the bathroom. The fan turned off when I turned off the light. Walls were paper thin.
Beautiful cabin, more beautiful setting. Little noise from highway, but not a problem
Very nice, comfortable room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfasts, good location. Would definitely stay again & recommend.
Rich and Amy were awesome hosts. We took them up on many of their recommendations for restaurants and tour companies. The rental was much larger than I anticipated and was perfect as we ultimately ended up having an extra person with us - highly recommend this hotel. Or was actually like an apartment.
The view from my room was wonderful. The room is small, but I would have enjoyed a chair in the room. I would probably stay here a third time if I get back in town.
