The lights went off around 8 AM. There was no AC it was hot. We stay without AC
Blacks are assigned bottom floor rooms only. Heat did not work four rooms checked to find one that worked. Whites are assigned 5 th floor and help with their baggage. Buffet food had been out for many hours. Many dishes were dried out and tough to chew. No other options similar to USMC chow hall. Pay a little more and the hotel next door has excellent food.😠💩

The staff are fabulous and I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. This time however we ended up in a room that did not have a volume control on the TV remote as it was not the correct remote for the brand of TV. The diverter valve control button was broken so could not get the overhead shower to work. Also very little shelf space in the bathroom for personal ablutions bag.

1. The TV has limited channels 2. In the room i first stayed in the toilet was faulty 3. Requested for a flat iron and i only got it after 24 hours. Otherwise the staff are so nice and kind especially at the restaurant
