Casa Di Cona is a peaceful and deluxe
accommodation. A brand-new holiday home designed with taste and care to offer a
memorable stay.
Located in Lourdas village, just 15 min
from Argostoli, it is close to cafes, restaurants, a mini market, and the
organized Lourdas beach. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and is built on two
levels:
LEVEL ONE - ENTRY LEVEL
The main entrance takes you to the main
section of the house, which consists of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a WC,
and a fully equipped kitchen. The patio outside the kitchen offers a grand
dining table, ideal for night gatherings.
The wooden stairs on the left of the
entrance lead you downstairs to the second level.
LEVEL TWO
A large corridor with extra closets
takes you to the master bedroom. This spacious bedroom includes a king-size
bed, a double sofa-bed seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and
shower. The balcony door leads you to the sunny yard with outdoor furniture.
The property is fully fenced to secure
privacy and has a private parking area.
