The staff is wonderful, very helpful and great service. Our room was on 4th floor with no elevator, but they did carry our luggage up for us because again they give awesome service there. Also this time we had a mini fridge in our room but didnt before.
I really liked the service from all the friendly and wonderful people working there. I didnt like that i had to pay for ky coke drinks at breakfast when everyone else got free drinks. I also didnt like that they didnt have an elevator and we had to walk up three flights of stairs.
Budget friendly, good wifi and plenty of hot water, but the room is not clean.
This hotel is located at the northern edge of the Thamel with easy access to the main road 100 meters north. Most of the taxi and tour operators can find this hotel. This part of the Thamel is quiet compared to further south. This hotel has several levels and a wonderful sitting area on the top deck. The morning breakfast is very good with a nice selection of eggs, bacon and drinks. The staff is always helpful. Bring a couple of towels with you. Take time to have the tea and coffee every afternoon in the lobby. If you face the street side of the hotel you will get some yelling and noise during the night. Ask for a room at the back of the property.
I Just stay here 2 nights only. I had fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of Thamel close to many restaurants, travel trekking agency and shops. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. constable internet wifi, 24 hours wifi and hot water even night time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful all the time. They always goes extra mile for any kinds of help. The breakfast was also delicious in beautiful decorated restaurant. in summary, i every thing excellent so it is highly recommended to all traveller
