There were bugs in the room. The staff was really helpful, they've moved to another room. However i will never forget the shock of seeing dozens of 2-inch-big bugs in the room running around. I'm looking for a compensation of the full stay price, it can be in Orbucks as well.
Stayed there for 4 nights. Its a lively place and hotel has great location.

Regarding the bugs as you mention during your stay we didn't find such issue with any guest from past 2 years but as soon as we heard such things we have changed your room to another floor with upgrade room and informed for our pest control next day so that it won't repeat to other guest. We heartily apologize for any inconvenience that was caused to you and for the refund as we moved to another upgrade room so it won't be reliable to ask for refund. If so then you have to contact your booking sites because you have booked from online website.
