Good amenities close to the beach. Lots of kids though. Not the most relaxing place but overall nice place to stay
The first impression of the hotel was good. The check in process took a while and when we got to the room we were greeted with two massive bugs in the bathroom. Over the six day stay we had another five bugs running around the room. Although, the balcony door states to keep it closed at all times so the bugs don’t come in, I doubt that that’s where they came from. The place should really do a better job of pest control. The pool was great and the location was right next to the beach, which made the vacation very relaxing. Definitely go out of the hotel if you’d like to order a cab to the airport, or you’ll surely end up over paying.
Plus side is location is right on the beach. Negatives were tons of biting flies in my room which I didn’t have in the 3 other hotels I stayed in. The AC turned down at night and I woke up sweating. They closed all bars and the pool to the public for the owners relatives wedding which is ridiculous. The bedding was stained. The breakfast buffet was not that great. It’s more of a 3 star hotel.
Don't be fooled by it's location. It's right on the beach but you can't go down and sit in chairs. The beach, although beautiful, was a bit dirtier than expected. I LOVED the staff, it is the hotel's only saving grace. Drink were good, food was ehh, not the best in the area. The spa prices were OUTRAGEOUS. But the biggest problem of them all was the fact that the AC kicked off every night. My party complained constantly and finally OUR LAST NIGHT they provided us another room. I cried as I packed to change rooms that I had to take time out of my last night on vacation to pack and move rooms. I woke up each night in a sweat and literally gasping for air as it was so hot in the room. I know it appears to be great as it is right on the beach but we all wished we could have changed hotels. Completely effected the entire trip with a negative memory. :(
Great breakfast. Hotel is right on the beach . Great place for vacation.
