They put us on a 2nd floor directly next to an elevator and facing a garage. The elevator noise is very loud.
Very noisy, starting very early in the morning with garbage trucks, could not sleep after 5:00 in the morning due to noise, website pictures much nicer than actual hotel
Perfect spot if you don’t want to be on the beach or have a big pool. WiFi didn’t work at all but definitely enjoyed the stay and the hotel staff were all super nice!
Wow. What a fantastic fun place with great service at a beyond fair price. Really gorgeous and hospitable. Wish we spent more time at this location since it was a last minute decision to extend our trip.
It was perfect for my short weekend stay, and great for the price point. The staff was great, and very knowledgeable. I had selected it, as there was a promotion for a bottle of wine for my VIP status, which I was a little bummed that they ran out of, but otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.
I liked that the property was in close proximity of the beach. Shops and restaurants.

When I checked in they where waiting for me, they had my check in documents ready for me. Once I checked in, they gave me a little delicious ice cream. And $5 dollar coupons to use in the restaurant next door, one for each day. Which I used. Staff was always friendly.

Great location! Staff was very helpful. I wished for some more shelving or closet space to store/hang more clothes, but we made due. The only real negative experience here were that the towels would leave fluff everywhere on my body when drying, so i would have to completely dry then rub off all the towel lint. If i stay here again I would just buy my own towel for the duration of the stay. Overall, towels aside, great value at a good location, I would stay here again.

folks on the reception are friendly and always there to help. there is a free coffee daily. nice lobby. rooms are very old, bathroom need to be renovated as well. housekeeping was done on the 4th and 11th day of the stay. tea, coffee and some other things were not restocked, was dissapointed.
Hotel was amazing! Amazing staff and people there are so sweet! We were right near everything like shops, Ross, Starbucks, shopping and an amazing Musubi place next door (must try a musubi if you never have). Hotel had a pool that was cleaned twice since we were there and we felt very comfortable knowing that was being done in light of Covid. There is complement coffee which was yummy and we also paid $45/night for on-site parking. I will say though the nearest beach which is Waikiki has really strong waves and gets pretty deep so be sure to have floaty or explore the island a bit more for beautiful relaxing beaches! We also loved the Cheesecake Factory of Waikiki! Thanks shoreline for everything, we enjoyed our stay.
