This spacious 3-storey home is a perfect retreat for your family, friends and work mates.

A beautiful foyer greets you once you open the door with keyless entry. The foyer flows into the the elegant main living room which features leather seating, a TV and a variety of board games. A big dining room with a huge table and 12 chairs is perfect for conversations over food or work meetings. The dining room opens to a modern kitchen where you have all the essentials to cook a hearty meal with! A full size day bed on the first floor for cozy lounging while playing some board games or a comfortable nights sleep without waking up the stairs. A half bath on the main floor provides additional convenience.

The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Queen and 1 Full bed) and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms provide a closet, luxury mattresses, linens, extra blankets and pillows. The master bedroom includes a full size bed perfect for parent child or gals night chats. The master also provides a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer and laundry detergent. The main bathroom features a tub with shower and a sink with a huge mirror. The 2nd full bathroom features a beautiful large crawl foot tub with shower.

Other things to note
This home is close to a busy street, local’s favorite ice cream shop, Quiktrip and an upscale wine shop - being in the center of the world you might hear road noise, folks celebrating for Chiefs wins or car racing. The original wood stairs could make some noise when walking on it. So if you are a light sleeper seeking for a super quiet stay, this home may not be the best fit for you though there are plenty of portable fans and white noise sound machines for you to use!
