Not ADA complaint and smoke filled rooms dirty

The picture on the wall and one chair in my room was alright.. The room had a leaking, cracked toilet. NO HOT WATER in the tub (which was stained or scratched!!! When I walked down the hall, they had so much carpet freshener that I almost vomited from the strong smell and had a headache the entire time I was there. Instead of giving me another room, they gave me extra towels because the toilet was leaking!!! I had to clean up the leaking toilet water MYSELF!!!!! I didn't pay for a hotel, just to clean it myself!! The mattress was hard and old, the furnishings are old, everything was off. The room was NOT CLEAN. I WILL BE LEAVING ALL THIS INFORMATION ON TRIP ADVISOR...INCLUDING HOW I FEEL ABOUT ORBITZ NOW.

The property wasnt good at all it was noisy till 1 am and again at 6 am

Great family spot to spend the night with plenty of amenities to go around.

Good location - close to Worlds of Fun. Hotel was disgusting! Black mold in the shower and corners of the bathroom. They use a synthetic scent to cover up the moldy, musty smell. Will not stay again.

Awful experience, the first set of rooms my family was put in had damage on the walls from moisture from the A/C. Second Rooms the toilets were not working properly. We found dirty old socks in the bed from a previous customer. The breakfast was lacking only having just but a few options. We were told by customer service that we would receive a refund had we contacted orbitz and that has yet to happen. Worst hotel experience ever really should not even list this property.

It was close to Worlds of fun! Easy access to a few restaurants.

We stayed right by our destination which is more of why we chose this motel, it isn't the nicest motel I've ever stayed at but when its less than 5 miles away from your destination thats all we were looking for That said we had comfortable beds and clean sheets We will stay again

The person who checked us in was very unfriendly. We were given smoking rooms when non-smoking were requested. Breakfast is not good for a diabetic.

Our toilet didn’t flush. Breakfast was mediocre and we often ran out of things like milk, biscuits for the biscuits and gravy, which was the main course, etc. I waited for quite a while for someone to check me out. There was no way to ask for help. When he finally came the computer took forever to pull up our bill and print it.

Not so great, not so bad. Where you go whenever everyone else is booked. And the cleaning fluid they used stunk up the hallways. Only worth 100 bucks (taxes and all, no discount honored by this hotel) if you haven't slept for a couple of days and you need to put an adult child to bed.

Terrible, I usually don’t give bad reviews but this hotel wasn’t pleasant at all First not sure how anyone could sleep comfortably with the air conditioner as loud as it was Second it smelt awful in that room not sure if it had previously been a smoking room but it still recked of smoke Third the picture above my husbands an mine bed looked like it was about ready to fall off Last the hair dryer kept shorting out and was afraid to keep using it in case I was about to start an electrical fire so I just unplugged it and had a wet head Not a pleasant stay at all

A number of things were annoying and some were design flaws we could live with, but for some reason the television turned itself on every hour on the hour all night long. The breakfast cook plopped into the cup: like sludge.

The hotel was a great location. It was near the amusement park and 5min from the Ameristar casino. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy enough. The sink had counter space and the shower was good. What I didn't like is that the pool was small, the water looked dirty, and it was super full of kids. It's not the kind that you hang out in to relax. There was also a knocking sound throughout our stay coming from the bathroom wall; must be bad plumbing. I wore earplugs so I could get a good nights sleep. I didn't get to try the breakfast but it looked like simple like cereal, coffee, fruit, and bread. I'm not sure If they served eggs, bacon, or sausage. Overall, I would stay here again because it has the necessities, it was clean, and the location was good.

Staff was friendly. Room was great. Clean and seemed like the hotel has been recently updated. I highly recommend.

Every now and then I just need a little break from the world. This Super 8 is perfect for that. It's close to home so I can still be available if there's an emergency, but far enough away that I feel like I'm actually getting away. No, it's not a 5 star hotel. But for the price, it's a great deal. They've been doing a lot of updates recently which also helps. And the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The front clerk, Lisa, was especially helpful this trip. The lock on the door for the room I booked wouldn't open with my keycard even though the computer showed it should. She immediately got maintenance to the room and when they couldn't fix it within 5 minutes she had me moved into another room. Very fast, efficient, and wonderful.
