Dirty, sheets had stains, room smelled bad. I will not stay here again
The room was spacious. The staff was kind and courteous. The rates were affordable. The location was convenient.
Mulitple larger style bugs in our room when we arrived. One crawled into the broken alarm clock to hide. Bed was not real comfortable and pillows were horrible. Hallway was dirty. Bathroom faucet put out rusty looking water. Pictures on website are either old or only represent 1 nice room.
Nothing. This place should be closed down permanently.
The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Common areas and hallways needed attention for cleanliness there was an odor of wet carpet. Room I had was nice and looked fairly new. I could hear people in hall and other rooms. The free breakfast was either cereal, yogurt, or a waffle. I did not spend much time in room so it was fine for this trip close to my friends and shopping.
Right when we walked in in our Room it smell like cigarrette smoke I told the lady end of front desk if she had any deodorant for the Room and she only gave me a Clorox dorant to spray around the Room
The walls were very thin, so any noise outside or in the halls was easily and clearly heard. To add to that, my room was right next to the ice machine and washer/dryer unit, so it was difficult to sleep. Also, my bathroom door locked me out of the bathroom, and when I asked staff to help me, they blamed me for it. Turns out, even after they left, door still locks on its own.
Rooms and lobby have been recently remodeled. Bed was comfy and clean. Large TV. Internet worked well. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, as by 7:30/8:00, everything was picked through and no one seemed to be refilling/replacing items.
I thought it was clean ,Convenient and the staff were pleasant and accommodating
The front desk was friendly enough. We quickly realized there was no elevator to get to the 3rd floor. Not a big deal, just wish I would have known. Had a room with 2 "queen" beds that had to be only full size. Plus each bed only had 2 pillows each. That is not enough pillows on a bed meant to sleep 2. The room was decent enough. I went to go use the restroom and discovered a used towel hanging on a hook behind the door and a piece of hot frie on the floor. So clearly it wasn't cleaned well. We were also left with just half of a toilet paper roll, no extra roll. Went to take a shower the next day and it's walls were clearly not cleaned and they must not ever take the cloth shower curtain down and wash it either because it had stains on it. The continental breakfast was a joke. Got down there 30 minutes before it was over. There were no biscuits left (once they did replace them, they were still frozen). There was hardly any bread to choose from. We were still in there finishing our food at 9 o'clock and the attendant shut everything off, even the juice. So I guess you can't get ANYTHING after 9. It was just so cheap and ridiculous. There is no reason they should be allowed to charge $120 a night at this place. Kansas city and surrounding areas think their stuff is made of gold and can charge whatever they want.
Breakfast area looks awesome beautiful set up. Not a lot of staff need more breakfast choices
Abhishek was the young man at night, and he was completely awesome! He was very engaging and you could tell he cared about his customers. Overall a great experience.
This hotel is very well located, close to I-35 and I-435, in the heart of Johnson County, KS. It is not very clean, the breakfast is lacking and there is no place to get tap water. Then again, you get what you pay for.
Nicely landscaped. King bed turned out to be a Queen. Floor was dirty. No hair dryer.
