The room was dirty and the beds had so many bed bugs!! The front desk wasnt willing to help me and did not want to refund me any money back it was awful bed bugs are so disgusting!
I didnt like the strong lingering presents of several men in their vehichles all during the night...
Room was small but comfy. We loved it! Definitely will stay again!!!
We had bad weather that forced the cancellation of flights. They were extremely helpful in upgrading our room to accommodate the rest of our party stranded at the airport. Also arranged extra shuttles to the airport for us. Made the unfortunate experience at the airport, much easier.

What didn’t go wrong with my stay? At check in the clerk really wasn’t all that friendly. Then when it came time for payment, she messed up and charged me twice (which she only caught when I went back down and she said “I knew I messed something up”). She said she would have to call her boss and for me to come back after our baseball tournament. So, after 10:30 pm I went in and she called her boss back and her boss said it was taken care of and the other charge was taken off. (How can the charge be taken off if the manager isn’t even there?) My account STILL shows that I was charged twice! Now, the room....walls were filthy, feet prints on the wall by the bed, stuff all over the walls under the mirror by the sink, door handle to the bathroom in the inside was missing, NO HOT WATER in the morning, and the overwhelming smell of marijuana on the 3rd floor. I wasn’t the only one to complain about the odor. Their solution for that problem? Had the maintenance man spray Febreeze in the hallway, which by the way did not help at all!
Clean nice room. Furniture in lobby was very sad looking. Good breakfast. Enjoyed the woman that drove me to the airport.
I checked in the hotel in the evening because I only needed to spend the night and catch the shuttle to the airport early the next morning. It is nice and clean and gery close to eateries.
