Hotel was dirty and the staff was drying the curtains outside on the rail

I think this hotel is a good place to stay in its price range. A king-sized bed in a nice room with a table to sit at, and the continental breakfast has been a great addition.

We enjoyed a quiet and pleasant lodging experience. The staff is as friendly as any I've met, and the beds are as comfortable as any high end hotel. The convenience of the location is first rate. Five stars.

Key would not open door at all and had to return to desk- room was farthest from lobby. Towel bar fell off wall, phone did not work at all, air conditioning was minimal at best and was given a handicap room when did not need one. Bed was too close to wall for person to get into bed on that side. First time using Orbitz to book a room and will reconsider this in the future given the quality of the room for the money paid.

Had a good stay. Staff great. Room was fair. No microwave but refrigerator.

This hotel is in need of repairs and maintenance. Our room had furniture that could have been refurbished a little. The knobs on the air conditioner would not work so we could not change the fan speed nor temperature. In the bathroom the towel rack was falling off of the wall and the tub fixtures were pulling away from the wall.

I have never stayed in a hotel this horrible in my life!!!! I couldn't believe how dirty it was and how it smelled. There was stuff that looked like dried up blood on the wall of the bathroom and the shower head was falling out of the wall and mold around it. We felt more comfortable using the fast food restroom next door rather than the bathroom in our room. Part of the sink vanity was missing in the front and was just a piece of wood, one of the comforters had a hole in it big enough that when I looked over one of my boys had their head through it acting silly. One of the electrical outlets was hanging out of the wall and there was even some sort of stains from something splashing on the walls in the room by the night stand and also by the tv. They ended up giving us a smoking room because they said they were booked up but I can't imagine how they could be booked up considering how this place looked. The pictures advertised must have been from when the place was fairly new because it looked nothing like shown. The beds were so uncomfortable that I could barley sleep and the fact that I was scared there may be bed bugs didn't help any. I can't imagine this place will stay in business much longer unless something is done. I ended up staying for 1 night 2adults 2 kids and it had 2 beds that I think we're full size. We would have stayed somewhere else but we had to check in, get the boys changed and hurry because they had a race in town that night and when we got home it was late and everyone was just ready for bed. Upon checkout I asked the front desk if the rooms are pretty much all the same (his answer was yes) and told him how disappointed I was with everything. The smoking rooms are on one side and non smoking on the other but trust me the non smoking smells like its a smoking room!! There is no excuse for such a dirty place and it shouldn't be advertised as anything nice because it Isn't. I took pictures and when I get a chance to figure out how to upload them somewhere that people can see I am going to. I ran into another family that was staying there and they thought the same thing we did. *******try to find another place because this hotel is horrible*********

Most disgusting in my life! First room had terrible smell, light didn't work so I opened the curtain to expose vomit on the wall. Moved to second room. Light switch was missing in bathroom, only wires. Literally the dirtiest motel ever. I ended up sleeping in the car because no other rooms were in town because of convention. Never again!

Roonms are smokey even for a smoker . the desk staff rude. Therer is no kind of breakfast offred and they rarely have coffee either like they ckaim to aand if so ionly for an hour.also not very

Would not recommend this hotel at all.. stayed for one night only.. we got there Sunday around 9:45pm the girl at the front desk was nice but had not idea of what she was doing, she gave me someone else room.. I had two, then she gave me another room and around 1:30 am the guy that took her place woke up my parents, he gave that room to another two guys.. then I went to talk to him and he was really rude.. Did not sleep at all.. super noisy all night.. and it smell bad.. sorry, but this hotel it's horrible.

What a wonderful expe, location is great. Room was nice and clean I will visit again

Booked this reservation through 0rb1z. When we arrived, the motel did not have the reservation. Granted the booking was a tad last minute, however we waited for approximately 45 minutes for the booking to "arrive" at the motel, to no avail. The individual working the desk was as unfriendly and discourteous as he could be, as if he were trained to treat customers that way. In the course of waiting, I personally observed him treat new guests and existing guests in the same manner. This establishment oozes sleaze and should be avoided.

Next trip to KC area will spend a little more and stay elswhere. Very uncomfortable surroundings in the hotel. Room also leaves a lot to desire. A lot!!!!

I don't know how this place is classified as a Three Star hotel on this site. It's priced like a Two Star, and it meets the standards a below average One Star roadside motel. The hotel is filthy inside and out. I found a large black insect (beetle? cockroach? couldn't tell) crawling around in my room. I tried to tell the staff while I was checking out but they didn't speak English. The television is old and small. Expect to find plenty of sketchy individuals hanging out in the parking lot at any given hour. I wouldn't have minded the place had I gone into it with the right mindset, and paid the right price. Overall, this is probably the worst dollar value place I have ever stayed, and would never, ever repeat.

When I booked, this was rated 3 stars....nope. It's a couple short of that. The room was extremely hot when I checked in with the temp outside in the 40s. I had to turn on the AC all night. Wall paper was loose from the wall, cigarette burns in the carpet (non smoking room# and the TV remote #with taped in batteries and all), only worked part of the time for on/off and would not adjust volume or channels. The frig froze my soda. I had to cart my bags up a flight of exterior stairs to get them to my room...If there was another way, it wasn't mentioned to me. To say the shower water was "hot" is stretching it...it was barely tepid and the shower head dripped. I won't stay here again.

maneger was rude and room need better and more pillows and towle.

dirty room, dirty sheets, hole in the wall, etc.....

listen to all of the advice in the reviews, stay away.

I reserved a room at this hotel because it was cheap, last minute booking, and next to I-70. Although there were issues with reservations on the side of Orbtiz, the front desk employee was easily able to fix the mix up and give me the last available room. It was average, and I found nothing to complain about for just a couple of days at a cheap price. Observations: At entrance 6, near the smoking rooms, there were what seemed to be permanent residents. Only observed one disgruntled individual: Black Female, unkept hair, bad disposition, and walked with an awkward demeanor between two different rooms. Observed a very happy person with a huge bag of bread who walked to a different room (maybe have been a bartering item). Security door did not work at entrance 6 (no locking mechanism, but there was a card reader). Washer and Dryer were .25 cent machines. No microwave in my room, but the Refridge was in good condition. Security container did not open in my room. Dead Bolt was hard to engage, but the latch worked fine. TV was an old school CRT and hummed. Big Bright lights at night, and police regularly patrol the area.
