Very clean great breakfast a little out of the way for downtown sightseeing .

Poor maintenance & cleanliness. Took to long checking in, especially since we had prepaid online. The only thing they have going for them is being so conveniently located to the hospital.

The room coffee machine did not function. The shower was terrible, as it continually changed temperature from very hot to very cold over and over again.

This was conveniently located close to downtown and all it has to offer. Unfortunately, the hotel was very dirty: stained sofa cushions, filthy walls and doors, dirty sheets. The pool water was GREEN! I have stayed in luxury hotels for the price I paid to stay here. This hotel was far from it.

Front desk was disorganized and certainly not eager to help or be friendly, but otherwise, this place was exactly as reported by other folks who described it on here.

It was an okay place to sleep. Not too fancy. Toilet would keep running after being flushed. Friendly staff

This hotel actually flooded so they had to transfer us to less expensive room that was not near our venue. The staff left us waiting in the lobby for a half an hour just to let us know we had no room. EXTREMELY disappointed. Would like the difference of the money spent to stay here versus the money it would have cost to book the cheaper comfort inn.

Hotel was clean and quiet. No elevator so carried suitcases up and down 2 flights of stairs! Room was supposed to have an easy chair, but did not so when we called front desk, they didn't know if they had one or not!

The hotel was okay for the price. I appreciate the location because it was very close to where I needed to be for a family reunion and it helped since I was unfamiliar with the area.

Was disappointed because I have stayed here before because of the shuttle service to Westport and P & L District. My last stay they had cancelled the shuttle service. If I would have known that I would have stayed some place else. It's a nice place to stay but the was the most appealing aspect of this hotel for us.

Comfortable room. Near many good eating establishments. Convenient.

Good location for where I needed to be that weekend. 2 time staying there and it was good both times.

The two desk assistance were friendly. The staff was kind, and the room was nice.

The hotel was nothing out of the ordinary, but when compared with prices for hotels in the plaza area, it was a better deal for us to stay a little off the beaten path to save $30+/night. I didn't get too familiar with the area, but it was usually a 10 - 15 minute drive from most places we went. Beds were comfortable and TV was nice, we had a leaky shower but other than that no problems.

Decent getaway for a few days. The rooms are clean and the room service is great. They have a taxi to take you to some nearby places. Public transport around the area is not that great

Close to the area where we were running the Waddell and Reed Marathon. Just 2,5 miles way the beds where comfortable for a good night sleep before the big race

Staff placed us in 2 different rooms stating that they were non-smoking. Upon entering both rooms they were FILLED with smoke. I stated that we would be looking at another place to spend our vacation. They stated that they had another room and they would give us a discount for our trouble. The 3rd room was fine but they did not hold up to their end and issue us a refund. It was not handled appropriately by this booking website or the hotel itself.

The rooms are clean and asking for extra pillows was no problem, the staff were all friendly and made it easy to check in and out, and you can't beat the location downtown, the plaza and Westport areas are all a short drive away. Not only would I recommend this hotel to a friend I would stay again myself.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was close to the Thomas Hart Benton (regional artist) home and the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. The cucumber flavored water in the lobby was a nice touch.

the staff was great and the breakfast top notch. the location is close to everything.
