Have always stayed at LaQuintas all over U.S. and were very nice. Not here.besides the lobby and parking lot had transients everywhere the room key barely worked.No bfast of anykind..the tub was stained.people running in halls yelling at all hours..the bathroom hairdryer was broken in bits. I didnt feel safe at all. I packed uo and went to holiday Inn.

I don’t even know where to start, the room was not clean, I even found a paper plate and food in the nightstand drawer. The room reeked of pot. Someone’s truck was apparently stolen from out front. And then on my last night, the cops were called on the people next to me. DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT.....

After I fell sleep, my husband found a bug on me. He pressed it and saw blood. He woke me up. We found about 10 bugs, some big some tiny, on the bed. They all had blood. We reported that to the staff. He changed a room for us without going to look it. The staff told us that they are in an ownership transition now. That’s why everything wend down so quickly from September to December. Hope they are doing better in new ownership.

Dirty carpets..old rooms. Tv had lines in them, filthy rugs!! Wasnt told you have to request house keeping a day before service. Toilet stopped up within few hours there, lights and some outlets didnt work in room. Basically get this place for a close to free as possible because it needs some TLC..

Price of stay and free parking. You get what you pay for. Hotel was simple and easy. No huge amenities. Place did the job I was needing.

Animal friendly building, great breakfast. I do wish you’d add a pool amnity to your sight.

I liked their pet policy and they had a nice area to run my dog. Everything else was a solid 2.5 out of 5.

The staff was friendly and great. Sadly the pictures we saw online looked way better then the facility itself. It was very disappointing because we have stayed at other La Quinta facilities before. The faculty had a horrible smell that never went away the entire 3 days we were there. The floors were dirty, rooms were very dated and unhygienic. Beds were uncomfortable and one pillow had a brown stain on it.

Easy to find right off the freeway. Reasonably close to downtown Kansas City.

Accessible and affordable. Comfortable but the towels are few.

Best staff ever! Rooms were good, beds luxurious. A little cold at the beginning but warmed up by midnight (it was 0 degrees ferinheit that night).

Did not properly clean room each day, including not changing the sheets and removing dirty towels.

Only complaint is that on day 2 i had to get the key cards reactivated

Great last minute booking and very comfortable room and bed. Loved the real hard boiled eggs still in the shell at breakfast!
