Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City - Sports Complex

If it wasn't across from The SPORTS complex it would be closed by now.

Hotel was noisy. The phone in the room didn't work. The restaurant bar was unattended. The floor in the restaurant was sticky. Someone at another table spilled a soda and no one came to attend. The building is out dated and old.

The proximity of the hotel to Kaufman Stadium was what made us select this hotel. However, the rooms were musty and damp, even the carpet was wet leaving the bags we left on the floor wet! There was no hair dryer or exhaust fan in the bathroom. We had cereal on the floor and balcony when we checked in that had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. For breakfast, they served an all you can eat buffet, but the price per person is $11.25 plus tax which seemed far too expensive. Fortunately, Denny's was right across the highway. The staff was fabulous!

The hotel and staff were nice - staff was excellent - but there was some sort of mineralized crud on the window to the balcony. Great location to the ballpark and stadium - you can walk over.

Short walk for Chiefs or Royals games. They were dealing with a water leak in the main room for the breakfast buffet. Rooms seemed very humid at first. Not sure if they steam cleaned or what. In all, would book again for game day.

Only reason staff wasn't rated higher was because house keeping kept knocking on the door every 20 minutes starting at 8 am wanting to clean our room on the day of check out.

The room had a funky smell and the carpet was moist during our stay. Hotel staff was friendly and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in a hotel.

Easy access to the highway and royals stadium. Room was clean.

The room was not clean, there was pet urine stains on the floor that still smelled. the bathtub was filthy upon arrival... and the tub clogged bad, Had to hold the handle down on the toilet to get it to flush... this hotel is NOT worth 200 dollars... find another place to stay, this hotel over all was very bad, there were police out side one night, and a girl would looked like she was on meth another...I will not being staying here again

The hotel was just across the street from the stadiums, which is nice if you're there for the games; however, it was a 10 - 15 min drive from the downtown area. The hotel is somewhat isolated from the tourist events, but Kansas City, is easily maneuverable.

But that was the best part. Rooms were very small. Sheets and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable, but not for two people to share. Had to ask for washclothes and hand towels. Soap had a very manly smell, so a turnoff for a woman. No fridge or microwave, which is almost normal in a hotel room anymore. No cups or water in the workout room. Doubt the equipment had been sanitzed in a long time, just by the number dust bunnies in the corner of the room. Pool was heated, but the water was very cloudy and a lot of hairballs floating around. And the curtain in my ground floor room only covered a portion of the window. A good two feet of window were open to the driveway for people to see in. Even for the lower price i got, I did not get close to what I paid for.

This hotel is directly across from the stadiums. I made last minute reservations to a full hotel, and they were awesome.

We went to the Chiefs game so it's just a short walk to the stadium. As for the room , the beds are comfortable and the room is good

I had went here for relaxation to get away and I had a blast

staff was super helpful and nice, and rooms are clean and did not smell of smoke.

Stayed 2 nights here for our first CHIEFS game.a Chiefs vs. Raider game and had a great time. Being out of state it was very convenient to just be able to walk across the street to the stadium. Hotel is outdated, but was clean and staff was friendly.

Our stay here was great. It's right across from the Chiefs' stadium which is why we stayed. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Negatives: a bit rundown on outside; not a thing nearby to walk to in terms of shopping or eating, except taco bell and small filthy gas station, but we loved being near game.

Great stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Close to Kauffman Stadium.

Room is clean and the big windows really provide good natural lighting. The location was nothing spectacular. It is convenient from the highway. Staff needs to move with more urgency. They can be a bit slow. They are friendly and accommodating.

Very busy, staff seemed stressed, but overall good for the price, and if you can use hotel parking and walk to Arrowhead to save on stadium parking fees.
