Very friendly staff, room was spotless and very nice looking/modern. Biggest tv I’ve had in a hotel room to fall asleep watching. Indoor pool was great. Only 15 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium. Will stay again!!
We got a handicapped access unit, which was fine in principle, but the vinyl tile floors are not pleasing. More relevant, they were not clean. I didn't notice until I got in the shower, and my feet were dirty brown. The hotel is pretty new and in good repair generally.
We had a great stay at this property. It was under construction, which limited the rooms available, however, the staff was kind, breakfast was great, and the owner/staff were very invested in us having a great stay at their property. I would absolutely stay at this property again! Nice Chiefs memorabilia on display! Hot coffee always available.
