The pool was closed for health code violation. Hall way smelled like smoke,

Our room had a funny smell and looked rundown. The hotel staff let us change to a different room. It was MUCH nicer. We wondered why the other rundown and smelly room was still being used. This was during the eclipse time, so maybe there were overfull and used a room they don't normally book.

the place smelled - the elevator was broke- a hooker in the stairwell I slept in my clothes the ac was broke was about 50 in the room. HE TRANSPORTATION THE AIRPORT THE CAR WAS FILTHY AND HAD ALL KIND OF RED LIGHTS FLASHING ON THE DASH BOARD NEVER EVER AGAIN

Not bad for the price. Floor was dirty everything else was ok.

Mean lady at the desk. They gave the wrong room number and at 10pm i was trying to open the door and a man came out asking what I need, i feel so bad, unnaceptable .

The lobby area was clean but dated. The public restroom on main floor was filthy. I went to check in after a 14 hour day however there was no clerk available to check me in. There was a sign saying making an airport run. I left and went to Comfort Inn which was next door

The hotel is a little dated but staff was great. Some guests ignore the no smoking policy and the room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff immediately provided us with a different room when a room was available. Great waffles for breakfast! Maintenance is readily available, but he needs to wait on a response after he knocks before barging into the room.

Was there for a funeral. No working phone in the room, staff didn't seem to care. Booking wasn't done correctly. Personally was told to call Orbitz. to tell them to submit again. Even though it showed as prepaid. Maybe a little muscle flexing going on. Spent over 20 minutes on a pay as you go phone before allowed to go to my room. Missed the memorial. This place could use a little updating. Maybe patch the holes in the walls that held pictures or something at one time. Customer may not worry about hidden cameras ect. I was only there for one night. It was close to the funeral I was going to, chosen because it had a pool.

We stayed here during a Log Home show we were participating in. Reasonably good Breakfast varity and clean room

Poor presentation on entry. Looked like lobby hadn't been swept in a few weeks. Broken chair at computer (biz center) and also one in my room at desk. Overall cleaniness was questionable.

I would never stay here again! The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. Rooms, lobby, hallway all dirty and smelled. Lady who checked us in looked like she was annoyed she had to work.

Would have gladly paid a few extra bucks to stay next door at a nicer hotel. Can't believe they can stay in business with that nasty of accommodations. Never again.

Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

It's a nice hotel. No one really stays at the front desk so you're left standing there a lot of the time. And we also had someone enter our room while we were gone. We know this because things were moved around and we found a pair of female gloves in our suitcase that didn't belong to us. That totally freaked us out!! But nothing came up missing. Still very odd and scary.

Bottom line: the room was cheap (yay!), but the trade-off was that the the hotel was dirty, cramped, not-well-taken-care-of at all.

Super fast check in. Desk clerk was nice. Looked like a well stocked snacks at the front if needed and drinks.

Just one night good place for the price .......................

This wasn't fancy but the price was right. The rooms were old but seemed clean enough. Breakfast was provided but several items were missing (no knifes for example). Not the same attention-to-detail you might want if you were staying somewhere more expensive but if you need an economical bed near the airport it is okay.

Was there for a funeral. No working phone in the room, staff didn't seem to care. Booking wasn't done correctly. Personally was told to call Orbitz. to tell them to submit again.
