Small room, very few places to plug in electronics (none near bed), very limited breakfast (microwave omlettes, yuck!). Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The window in the room did not close, visible water damage on wall around window. Complimentary breakfast was minimal and items were not replenished. Staff were polite when spoken too. They were not very welcoming.

Hotel is an average, dated, budget, hotel that appears to be "owner" maintained. The facility is adequate with generally clean rooms. It is a reasonable value for a low end hotel but do not expect to be impressed with the condition of the facility. As we were on a very tight budget, it was acceptable and we got a reasonable night sleep but I wouldn't stay here for business.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night to just get away and hang out.

It was the cheapest hotel on the interstate, it was clean, and safe. The staff was fine, not really friendly but not rude either. The pool was not very nice at all, it smelled weird in the pool room and there was some visible rust.

If you're accustomed to Hiltons & Marriotts, you'll think this place is a dump. If you're accustomed to roach motels, you'll wonder why you paid 80 per night for this place when you can get the same kind of a dump for 40. The room was dirty and smelly. There were cigarette burns on the wallpaper, Kool-aid stains on the carpet and the bathroom was dingy. The cleaning staff left their cleaning rags in the shower for our second day there. The location is pretty convenient, right off the interstate but it's not the nicest or friendliest spot in town. The only high point was the super friendly and helpful lady at the front desk when we checked in.

Would not use this hotel for business again. Room was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. Staff was not helpful in rectifying this situation. Checked out after 1 night because of conditions.

My husband and I came from Indianapolis to watch the Kansas City Royals play. We arrived before 3pm and the hotel was kind enough to let us check in early. Our room was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, biscuits and gravy, bread, muffins, milk, coffee, orange juice and apple juice. The hotel is located right off the freeway and easy access to restaurants and shopping. It took us about 10 minutes to get to Kauffman stadium. It's not a luxury hotel but the staff makes you feel welcome! I would stay again.

had to change rooms in middle of night due to broken shower head and dip in mattress but staff was friendly and corrected this for us

The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the waffle bar was amazing.

This motel was plenty near enough to Kansas City that rush hour commutes were all together tolerable for the few days I was visiting in and out of KC. This well priced motel is near all the main tourist attractions (28-45 mins), and there is an 8 screen movie theater 7 min walk from the motel in Blue Springs. The Roman Church is nearby as well for morning worship before the commute. Restaurants near the motel are adequate and the best might be the Applebees. All in all you won't be wanting if you stay at the Days Inn in Blue Springs, Mo.

Room was less than par. Hotel needs some renovations and upgrades. Room had a bed and bathroom that was really all we needed but shower door wouldn't stay closed and bed was really hard. And our door to the room we had to physically pull on to shut otherwise somebody could have had free reign to our room while we were gone. Probably won't stay here again.

Our expectations were met for our quick overnight stay. There services seem to promote no more than that.

Front desk Run Smoothly, hotel was right off the interstate, Room was ordinary, The pool was the size of a hot tub, was out very late at night area was safe, did like the normal hotel noise in the morning. Like ppl shutting doors and moving in hall way.

We had requested a smoke-free room, but didn't get one the first night. That was terrible. We are non-smokers and the smell was unbearable. Additionally, things (refrigerator, etc) were very dated. The next night they found us a non-smoking room and it was OK. The TV, refrigerator, and coffee maker were newer and the room smelled so much better. Yes, the entire hotel needs a remodel, but if you can get past that you will find a clean room that is fine for sleeping in. Don't book there if you are intending this as a spa retreat or anything. Both the day and night staff were terrific. They were polite and responsive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel to a friend with the above warnings - but not without explaining what you are in for.

Great location for price. Very good Mexican next door and close to stadium.

TV and air conditioning worked great. The continental breakfast was sub-par compared to other similarly priced hotels. The desk clerk was very rude to another customer when they asked about milk for their cereal. I prepaid for 4 nights, and the manager refused a refund when I tried to cancel a week in advance. It was obvious why the parking lot was only half full at night. I will never stay at another Days Inn or pre-pay for a low end hotel! Sorry that zero stars is not an option.

We were there for the Chiefs draft party. The room was clean but nothing great. It is what we expected for what we paid.

This staff was friendly and the hotel outdoor appearance was nice. Once we got in the room it was an old style room. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The bathroom had no door, and the shower was extremely small. The light in the shower looked like it was falling out of the ceiling or shower should I say. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have low standards. I'd prefer a place I feel comfortable for a few extra bucks.

This property is in need of updating and was very noisy. Besides the highway traffic noise the hallways were noisy with doors shutting, both exit and room doors. This is a 3-story property and we were on the 2nd floor, so we had noise from the 3rd level guests much like an apartment. The carpet in our room felt sticky to your bare feet, so we kept our shoes on. The wallpaper was pulling away in several areas. The maid failed to clean the coffee pot, empty ice bucket and leave new liner and once even forgot to leave coffee and condiments in the room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. For the price "I got what I paid for."
