It was nice room for the money. Clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a a little stove and full size fridge.

This is an extended stay place that has apparently had some legal issues. At check-in you have to sign a two-page document affirming that you will not sell or use drugs on the property, that if you have to be removed by police you will not receive a refund, and that no one will spend the night in the room who hasn't presented ID at the front desk (a way to cover themselves in cases of prostitution). The room had a "kitchenette" but no coffee maker, I wasn't comfortable walking on the carpet in socks, the one blanket was some kind of thin plastic thing, the towels seemed like over-washed cast offs from a different hotel. The guests were fine and one of the two employees I interacted with was helpful and friendly, but the room itself was just slightly better than pitching a tent and unrolling a sleeping bag. The room was about $7-10 less per night than any of the dozen hotels in the same area. It was not worth the savings. I had to buy a coffee maker, that made up for the difference by itself.

Picked this place simply because it was the cheapest on the list. Consequently I wasn't expecting much, just a place to sleep while in Kansas City for business. But when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the features and cleanliness of the room. Had a great stay and would do it again!

I stayed a week the first room want even. Clean then they switched me to another room and the floor was soaked from the air conditioner and when I asked to be moved the front desk was so rude and said they couldnt

The room was bare. It was clean, the bed was fine for a quick stay but I won't be coming back. The room was missing the simple basics, like towels, a comforter. Went to get some ice to put in my cooler but they don't have ice machines. I know they were short people the night I stayed but next time I'll spend the extra $10 and go elsewhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

rooms needed up graded and the rooms need more towels for the customers

The room was fairly clean, but missing pillows and a TV cable cord. Staying in the room for one night was enjoyable. We paid $50 and we got exactly what we expected. The true shining star was the manager working the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and a very pleasant person to have a conversation with. We would come back to this hotel just to see her again.

not a fully equipped kitchen, had to change light over burners, replaced fridge due to fowl odor. Asked front desk for wash cloth was informed would be 30-45 min went down 75 min later and got all they had ( 1). no list of T.V. Channels

Stay was pleasant - other than the pizza ordered was never delivered - might want to re-think your room key advertiser.

No coffee pot. Dirty. Even the chairs in the office were filthy with dust. Some of the staff could not speak English. The room looked old. The bed skirts were dirty. Made me wonder what I was sleeping on. Not worth the money!!

I didn't realize when I made the reservation that as an extended stay motel they did not have wake up calls, there were no kleenex, no condiments with the coffee and no hairdryer. It was pretty bare bones. I did have a fridge and microwave but no ice cube tray in the fridge and no ice machines. The remote for the tv was missing and they did bring me one but there was no back on it. The staff was helpfull in that way. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

minus the fact that they didn't have any wash cloths wen we got to our room, it wasnt that bad. oh and there was an unexplained puddle of water on the floor in the bathroom. and the toilet backed up.

I checked into my room Monday night after spending half of the day at Worlds of Fun Amusement Park. The location was within a mile of the park entrance and convenient for me. I slept well and the cable television worked well.

right beside worlds of fun and oceans of fun. close to down town area. cheap with 2 queen sized beds. with kitchen, free wifi and fridge. good for 1 night stay trip in Kansas city.

My family and I stayed here while we visited Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun... I loved that it had a kitchenette; disappointed that it took quite awhile for our room to cool down but once it did, it was freezing!! Smoking room but it smelled clean.

This hotel was just as you would expect. Mid grade extended stay hotel. Was clean, staff was helpful.

Lady that checked us in was very friendly. Night staff was horrible. She was letting guests into rooms that were already pre occupied, did not know what restaurants were open, didnt know surrounding area very well. She also could not get us into our room. The door lock key was broken and took her 30 minutes to open. We told her ghe non-smoking room we were in smelled like smoke and she wasn't concerned.

This hotel was pure trash and I found everything about it horrible. When I arrived, the police were on scene dealing with something with a occupant. There was people running back and forth on the upper level making allkinds of noise yelling across to each other and this was about 830 in the evening. I did not find the staff very friendly and I noticed rust spots everywhere in the area. When we went into the room, we found the beds to be rock hard and made very loud squeaking noises anyway you moved. The room had a bad smell of some sort in it and you can hear people outside making allkinds of noises. I found it to be so bad that I went back down and told the lady I was checking out. She advised me I would have to speak to [...]about the money and I advised her I was aware she wouldnt give me any money back but I did expect her to offer to give me my $5 back for internet use that most hotels offer free now but didnt even get that. I went out and found a nice hotel in a clean area that cut me a huge discount because of my experience. I wouldnt let my dog stay in this dump!!!!

Not too bad just needed a cheap place to sleep for the night so this worked for us. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something really nice or are really picky. Bed was kinda hard and it wasn't exactly spotless but it wasn't dirty either. Worked for us.

Check in fast and easy, room was clean. Broken handles on cabinets, etc. TV very small, maybe 17". Not a lot of channels. Even though there was a small kitchen, there was NO HAIR DRYER.
