I booked online using Orbitz for one night. When I arrived, I had a disability room, which I had NOT requested. There was rust in the shower, the bathroom floor was not clean, and the toilet did not flush properly. The fridge was misplaced in a wooden case that made it difficult to open the fridge door. The screen to the outside was improperly set and didn't slide easily. The signal from the TV was out, allegedly from the rain that night. The handle on the phone in the room was dirty and the floors were dirty as though they had not been vacuumed. The breakfast that was included was unsatisfactory: not a good value for the cost, nothing special. Most staff were barely fakey-friendly, and not at all eager to please.

Convenient location easy to get to The coffee is too strong

I was not happy being put in a handicap room as a Marriott Rewards member

Clean minimalist hotel. Not a luxury hotel. The price was high for the area.

Overall good, given that the option to pay extra to include breakfast, that was detrimental to my overall stay. The services related to breakfast was not present, the atmosphere in the dining area was not very customer centric, there was no welcoming atmosphere, since all who eat there have to pay either through the increase in the rate for the room or at the actual cost of the breakfast the overall reception to that was completely missing. The comments are related to breakfast only, I had no other good or bad experience relating to the BISTRO at any other time.

Felt a little dated bathroom ceiling was peeling carpets had some stains

Hotel was very clean and the staff worked with us to allow us to check in a few hours earlier than advertised which better accommodated our plans. Room was as described and parking was always available. Easily located off of the interstate, but it was a bit of a trip to get into downtown KC (there was a Dunkin' Donuts 3 minutes away though...)

We loved the quietness & cleanliness of this hotel property. It's tucked back away from easy access to the interstate & downtown....very conveniently located. We arrived in town for our daughter's master's degree graduation ceremony and they let us check in early.

Fastest check-in ever! Lighting was better than most hotels. Room temperature was hard to control and we either felt hot or cold. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel was worth the price and was close to the interstate and was easy to get in and out of. We did not know could have gotten a compact refrigerator at the time but will next time and it is free.We had a very comfortable bed and shower was adequate for our needs.Towels were larger the other hotels we been to which is a plus. The hotel bistro was a little expensive for us so we ate else where on way home. Overall well worth the money.

We had to drive to Kansas to drop a boat off we had never been there so we thought we would stay for two days at the marriot court yard it was super nice everyone was super nice it was super clean the beds were very comfortable. the location was great to it was close to alot of things. I will def stay there again and tell friends and family about it

Overall, a great experience. I wish that this hotel offer WiFi in all rooms.

We arrived late in the day after an extremely long ride. We had confirmed a late arrival time in our booking. I had booked a room with a king size bed for my husband and I and a sofa sleeper for our ten year old. At the desk we were told that there were no rooms available with a sleeper sofa, no double rooms, or even a cot! The hotel staff offered many blankets to put our son to sleep ON THE FLOOR! [...]

The check out clerk did not honor the promotion that [...] was doing with this hotel chain. I had the receipt in hand [...]. No go[...]We ate one meal a day because of this- company budget is a budget for a reason... No juice bar, apple, orange or banana offered from their $XX breakfast buffet so we could take meds. No directions or maps available to the closet grocery store. We finally found one 30 minutes later to aquire a-ONE- banana. We were not able to get access to the internet for the 2 days we were there. Had to travel to a library to get work completed. Hotel clerk told us "No one was "authorized" to help, other than the card instuctions, in the desk drawer- which didn't work. This has only happened to us one other time this year of travel, and that hotel had someone come to our room to get us on-line.Otherwise, it was VERY clean, updated and quiet, and we slept well; went to bed hungry, but so do most of the worlds population, so we just went to sleep. Of note, our room shared the wall of the only elevator on the floor. This did not create a noise problem. Missed the traditional coffee pot in the rooom. A individual cup maker was provided. It was time consuming, the lidded styrofoam travel mugs provided were fancy, but we travel with our own beverage cups and tea bags.... not coffee drinkers. The sheets and pillows were FABULOUS. The bed very comfortable. BEST bathroom set up we have seen- we were in 178 hotel rooms in 2009- so we have seen alot of hotel bathrooms. This was a personal stay, but we will not use this chain for our company events.

The room was ready and clean when we arrived. The hot tub was very relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was a great hotel for a quick weekend getaway. Hotel was very clean. Great Lobby with internet access. The pool and hot tub were very nice, but there were no time periods for adults only--too many noisy children running back and forth from hot tub to pool.

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriot very much. They were so friendly and helpful at the front desk. The pool area was nice. I did use the fitness center and it was a bit small but sufficient enough. I would definately stay here again. Breakfast was expensive. So we went out!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Common area had a lovely gazebo, staff was helpful and breakfast was very good. I only wish that there had been a few restaurants to choose from within walking distance. However, the hotel itself was excellent.
