Hotel was fine for the price. Staff was wonderful. Facility was clean. Bed a little soft for my preference but was ok.

This was a nice hotel close to Power and Light. The rooms were comfy and they had a great free hot breakfast.

Great stay. Just parking was a bit inconvenient. Easy to locate, great location and very close to downtown.

We stayed 2 nights so we could attend KU basketball games. Our room did sit close enough to the Interstate that you could hear traffic, but not so bad to hinder sleep. The great thing about this location is that it's close to the Interstate for locating it when arriving. Plus, it's close enough to the Sprint Center to walk to the basketball games. Breakfast was a nice hot meal, which is much better than donuts and coffee.

Clean, safe, free wifi and breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm only adding more characters so I don't get fined. Im only adding more characters so I don't get fined.

Spider in bathtub. Looked like urine on walls. Had to park across street & cross busy street . Everytime someone shut their door the room shook.

Not fancy but clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and genuine. Made conversation, not just efficient. Close and convenient to Sprint Center and downtown restaurants. Lobby is currently being remodeled but on weekend didn't interfere. Please note pool closed until 7/31/16 for remodel also. Didn't affect us.

Stay was nice. The lady that checked us in was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. She was also working the next morning and asked how our night was. The rooms were nice and clean.

Sean the guy that checked my girlfriend and I in was extremely rude. The rest of the staff were nice and helpful enough. Make sure you use cash for your $100.00 deposit so you can get it back right at check out

The Comfort Inn is a good bargain, but a bit away from the Convention Center. It's fine with a car and a cab can be called within 5 to 10 minutes. Rooms are fine and the staff is congenial and helpful. If it were closer to 13th and Main it would probably be more expensive.

Stayed one night to take in a concert at Sprint Center. About a mile walk each way. Room was clean and updated and the bed personally I found very comfortable. Other than that didn't use the Hotel much...and the breakfast left a lot to be desired!

the bathroom was updated and really nice and clean, the beds where comfy and the staff was really nice. The location was good because right of the highway, however finding a place that delivers food there for dinner ( we have 2 small kids) was quite a challenge. The breakfast buffet was ok as for food choices and I really liked their coffee. The only thing I really need to criticize is that the room could have used a dusting... The phone, top of the fridge etc was obviously very dusty/dirty and hasn't been cleaned for at least 2 weeks.

Very happy with this hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Great staff, free breakfast, clean, overall great value for your buck

Very rude staff, never going back. And $175.00 for a one night is insane for 2 people

The Comfort Inn and Suites in KC is very nice. The staff was very helpful and when our room wasn't ready, they got us another room. At only $1.50, a bottle of soda was extremely affordable from the vending machine and cans only cost $1.00. There was a variety of food at the breakfast. The bed was comfy.

This was a pleasant find. Very near the Sprint center, nice quiet hotel, pleasant staff, good wi-fi. Could have walked to the Sprint center if it had been a little warmer.

The hotel is in a good location, only about a 10 minute drive to The Plaza but is on the outskirts of Downtown KC so the location felt very safe. The location was also easy to get to and find which is great for me, being directionally challenged, I wish there would've been more restaurants closer though. The hotel itself, such as the lobby, isn't the most modern or upbeat and it didn't seem to be air conditioned aside from the rooms, but it gets the job done. The room was great! Good size, very clean and the bed was super comfy which is hard to come by in hotels. Also, free breakfast is always a plus and the pool was nice. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Kansas City.

It was a place to sleep. Noisy, Very thin walls and when the guy on the 3rd floor above me came in at 1:30am I heard every move he made. If I had to stay longer than one night I would not stay here.

The hotel was in a great (quiet) location, nice and clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was good as well! I would stay here again and I would refer others to this nice hotel.
