We stayed in this hotel for two nights. My family felt comfortable in the room, however it wasn't as clean as it could of been. Dusting needed to be done and the shower curtain had mold. Air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. Reservation was for four people-only 3 towels provided, so we did have to request another towel, which they did provide. If you go swimming in the pool, don't lick your lips. I don't know what they put in the water but if you were to lick your lips while in the pool or when swimming (or get water in your mouth), it is extremely salty. The spa had an unusual amount of bubbles and the water wasn't as warm as expected/desired. So the swimming experience was a disappointment. Continental breakfast is free. Tables were clean and food was okay. My family enjoyed the waffles.

Everything was great, I slept well and everyone was nice. But housekeeping in the room I stayed in was terrible. Pubic hairs in the tub, thick soap residue on the sink where the last guest had laid their soap, & the bathroom floor was very sticky, like a Sprite, or something had been spilled on it. I had to clean the floor with a wet towel so I wouldn't stick to it. Also, the room was very dusty.

From the bad breakfast. To the unfriendly front desk guy on the morning of Dec 26th after a 3 night stay telling me that we couldn't have a late check out, that 12 pm was the latest but could give us till 12:30 at the lastest. Never at any hotel have I ever had a problem with a 1pm checkout most always would say no problem do you need till 2?. And they had no bath towels Dec.26.

I had ask for park and fly and I even called the hotel to make sure I would have a shuttle to take me to the airport. When we got there the manager rudely said No we don't have a park and fly. We only use our shuttle for people dropped off and he refused to let me leave my car there. It didn't matter that I had booked there because I was told that I could. So we had to check out and go park at the airport. I will never stay there again.

The hotel is loud, the lights outside are so bright and you cannot close the curtains as they are too short!

Only major problem was they were resurfacing the parking lot and we had a distance to walk and my wife has difficulty walking.

Comfortable, affordable, clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast traditional and filling.

I gelt like I was home...very warm staff and great room!

This hotel is very close to airport and local stores are not far off. You will need to drive. there is a convenient store in walking distance. the pool and hot tub is great. Staff was excellent although there was one at the desk that rubbed us the wrong way. This was our last night in Kansas City, this location was chosen because of the airport near by relieving my family who lives there the responsibility of getting us to the airport early am the next day. There was only two for check in..my husband and I yet the lady at the desk who checked us in repeatedly asked my sisters and nephews if he was staying too. My sister told the desk clerk that she was there to drop my husband and I off and to say our farewells yet the longer they stayed the more she asked if they were also staying in our room and the additional cost for children, further how she had to ask if children would be staying because it was required for her to report this incase of storm conditions. There was no storm! We went to dinner and returned without the family so the interrogation of their stay would not continue. Clean hotel, great breakfast, shuttle on time and friendly..desk clerks lighten up.

Comfortable, easy access to/from airport. Clean setting, friendly helpful staff

Room features, free breakfast, and helpfulness of staff were outstanding. The only issue was our flight got in at midnight and their free shuttle was no longer running so we took a cab.

We went to Kansas City to go to Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun. We also spent time in the Power and Light District and Cabela's. Our hotel stay was pleasant--we enjoyed our large room and the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was a bit more pricey than I was quoted which was ok, seeing as the hotel was decent. We however did not get the military discount so that was a minus one. The arena tax was unexpected and although it wasn't high I'm not going to want to pay for something that I'm not utilizing or enjoying. Housekeeping was bad she halfassed made the bed and we had to find her to do so. She didn't really clean or change the sheets overall I didn't like quite a few things about the hotel however it was comfortable the room was decent and I relaxed. on a ten scale this hotel gets a 7

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very comfy king bed! Slept like a king!

Great place to stay, easy to find. Check in was fast and easy. Very nice breakfast room. Close to the airport.

Satyed a couple nights for an onsite conference. The hotel was easy to get to, had good choices for meals, staff was lovely. It's big place and a lot of walking to get to all the conference rooms on different levels, but the signage was good, so easy to find. Comfortable bed, good room layout, nice amenities, felt like a mini vacation! Thanks!

The hotel has Helpful staff and the hotel is handy to the airport

this was reportedly the airport hotel, but unfortunately was located quite a distance from the airport. there are few amenities. specifically there is no food or snack room at the hotel and nothing nearby.

Traffic noise may be an issue for some, rather than airport noise. Why do hotels use fans that turn off? A steady fan only option would make this place a much better hotel, with less chance of being awakened all night by passing Harleys and trucks on the freeway. Nice walking trail right across the road. One mile from airport

Clean. Staff was helpful. Convienrtly located to shops expressway and restaurants
