Comfort Inn I-70 Near Kansas Speedway

Our stay at this hotel was good the hotel is within close proximity to Legends our only problem occurred when we came back that night and there was no where to park the sign says no RV or semi but there was a moving truck with trailer parked sideways taking up 5 to 6 parking spots for the amount of rooms parking is not enough. Staff should not have allowed that truck to park like that. There was a staff member out there showing them how to park that truck.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I sent 2 days there because I was visiting my husband who was in the hospital. It is nicely located near I-70 and only 15 minutes from the hospital.

I would recommend staying clean, close to restaurants and accessible to other parts of the city.

Thanks for the stay. It was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly.

Just a sightseeing trip. Live in Colorado. Stopped in Kansas City as a halfway point. Hotel right off highway. Very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good selection. Hotel very clean as well as room. I would recommend for everyone.

Convenient location right off I-70 and the best bed ever for a great night's sleep.

Was greeted by a very friendly staff member named Tammy. She was very helpful with directions to where we were headed and offered lots of fun suggestions to try before we left. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing as well!

For the price we were disappointed in the amenities. Also, I followed the Your link for the hotel discount only to discover at time of booking it was not valid!

No parking available! Had to inconvenience myself by waking up earlier to make sure my car was not towed!

As we walked in the room, we discovered the toilet had overflowed. After about half an hour, the desk attendant finally came up and assured us he could fix it. When we pointed out we really didn't want a room with wet carpets (from toilet water), he said "so you want a different room or what?" (after having cussed repeatedly while trying to fix the toilet) He moved us to another room (after another 30 minutes because he was the only person working - no maintenance or anyone) and guess what??? The AC was leaking and...the floor was wet. At that point - we figured that was the lesser of two evils and just dealt with it. That night, we heard several police sirens and the traffic from the interstate is ridiculous.

It was pretty good and enjoyable thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very good overall would recommend to everyone.great breakfast

I arrived late at 1230 am and the desk was no prepared nor appeared cable of working a computer very well. It took 20 minutes for him to not be able to get me checked in but could see I had made the reservation and paid for the room online already so gave me a key without signing the hotel paperwork which I was glad because it appeared I was going to have to go to another hotel. In the end I got to my room it severed its purpose and left in the morning.

We frequently stay in KS City, but I have to say that this was the worst. The hotel room was dirty, the room was missing a desk, the sink was clogged... On top of that the only ice machine and vending machine in the hotel was broke. I got charged more than what I was charged online during check out. I did not pay attention to my check out sheet, but when I got home I saw that I was overcharged. it was too late to complain. Please pay attention to what you get charged during checkout. I cannot believe how I got fooled by the star rating and choose this hotel.

This was among the worst hotels in terms of cleanliness, smell and noise. We could not wait to leave. Do not stay here. Note tht the staff was nice and people were friendly, but this hotel was run down and dirty. Again do not stay here.

This hotel was on the inexpensive side, and for good reason. The hotel was supposed to be entirely non-smoking, but the room reeked of old cigarettes. The toilet was dingy and discolored on the inside of the bowl. The pool was the smallest pool I've ever seen and was only 4 feet deep and the "jacuzzi" could fit MAYBE three people. During check-in, the girl said our room number aloud (a BIG privacy no-no in the hotel business) and left the front desk unattended every time I walked through the lobby - once, she was outside smoking. The walls were incredibly thin, I could hear anytime someone was walking down the hallway, and I heard every step the person in the room above me took. When the person in the room next to mine was taking a shower, I couldn't hear the (old, outdated) tv over the loud sound of the pipes. All in all, it wasn't a terrible stay, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Clean nice hotel. Would stay here again. The flat screen tvs were nice and the beds were very comfortable.

Victoria at the front desk went above and beyond! The hotel has easy on/off access. The only thing wrong was that weren't any places to eat close. Victoria offred to call some for delivery to the hotel. As a woman traeling alone, it was very secure.

Single woman, traveling alone. The hotel was in a nice location. The room was clean and comfortable; the staff friendly. Good variety at breakfast. I would definitely recommend this Comfort Inn.
