Our room was looked pretty nice at first. We enjoyed the set up of the hotel too. Upon on closer look the carpet had lots of dog hair from previous hotel guest. The bathroom had hair on the floor and walls as well as dog hair. Our microwave and stove had not been cleaned. The final straw was the upstairs bed which had dog hair on the fitted sheet. We called the front desk twice and went up to the desk once to complain and after hours was finally sent a manager over to view what we complained about. They sent a housekeeper over who cleaned both beds with new linens and the bathroom but the floors still were not cleaned. We will not be staying here again. Our children are very allergic to dogs and they don't properly vacuum and clean the rooms after housing guest with dogs

This hotel is in bad need of upgrades, mold in the bathrooms, rust on the doors in the bathrooms. It looks like a run down motel that you rent by the hour. They don't supply enough towels, soap, and other basic necessities needed when traveling.

It was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled. The water pressure in the shower was low. The bed bent like a banana. The furniture was in bad shape as well as some of the interior walls and the door. We asked for a wake-up call, but never received one. The outdoor surroundings looked like no one cared for them. The only saving grace was the shuttle driver who picked us up and the woman who looked after breakfast.

Easy to get to from the airport and the front desk was person was the typical Kansas nice. The rooms here look to be used for long term rentals as I saw a cat starring at me from inside one of the rooms. There was a faint smell of mildew and the carpets were stained and filthy. What really upset me was the mold on the bottom of the shower liner. I was there for a very short stay needing only a place to sleep for a few hours and shower. If you are use to staying at 4 and 5 star places then this property may not be tolerable. However if your looking for a large spacious 2 star place to stay then this place is OK.

First, I chose Chase Suites for free parking while flying from KCI over the weekend; that did not work - their shuttle begins at 6:00 a.m. and my flight departed at 6:00 a.m. I had to park at the airport in long term parking. Second, my internet connection did not work in my room. It was not my computer, a Windows machine, which worked before and after with other network connections in other places. Third, the plumbing dripped or leaked all night. The lavatory tap dripped continually and the toilet tank filled or topped off every 30 seconds. I complained on check out and got an apology but nothing else. I spent some good money on this stay and was not satisfied.

The room was large but seemed to be under remodel still. The lighting was poor and the television was without sound. The bathroom door could not close due to the positioning of the two beds in the room. There was a fireplace, but no gas or a log to light. During the day it was very noisy with construction noises, banging and footsteps. The place has huge potential, but fell short

The hotel was nice. It met my expectations. The staff was friendly. I appreciated the breakfast in the morning. The distance was not too far from downtown, but far enough to relax. Would stay here on a future trip.

Very nice for families and lots of space in rooms. Beds are comfortable.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Clean. Outside the room was not the cleanest (walkway). These are apartment complex converted to a hotel. Staff was very friendly. The guy making the waffles was SUPER nice. Its the small things that makes your day.

This was an economical stay for us with a grandson. Unit had a great bedroom loft with separate bath, a murphy bed downstairs, and a decent kitchen area for a week stay.

We had six people with us and were all able to sleep in a bed thanks to the pull out sleeper sofa.

This was our second visit with this hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning and sitting in the dining area which was neatly kept and nicely furnished. The room was nice and spacious. The first visit we had the ground floor and had some difficulty with children running up the stairs and 'dancing'? till quite late at night. Not the hotels fault. The second stay we had an upstairs room which was very quiet. The outside of the rooms needs some care. Paint and replacing some damaged wood on stairs would spruce it up nicely. Overall, this is a great place for a family and a great value!

took the nieces to the Kansas race under the lights, the staff was very professional and courteous, the whole trip could not have gone any better (Jeff Gordon won the race)

This hotel is great for the price. We stayed for two nights and it worked perfectly. Our bathroom could have used a little better sweep cleaning but it worked well for us. I would recommend it for anyone looking to stay for one night.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving to visit various nearby relatives and had a fine stay. The hotel was located near the airport and access to Kansas City didn't take too long. Service was a bit spotty with not needing daily service, they knocked every morning anyway. The bathrooms were not really clean when we checked in; this is more and more the norm for most inexpensive hotels. The room was very comfortable and had a full kitchen and a nice big living/TV/couch area.

Great hotel with good location and very helpful staff.

Stayed one night and found the room comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub are only open seasonally which was disappointing but understandable. Room was very large and staff was helpful.

We had a very good experience, our room was great, the travel to and from the airport was prompt and efficient. I have no complaints at all, our vehicle was in good shape upon our arrival back and everything went extremely well.

The hotel was a great getaway for the weekend with my husband. Everything was great and perfect! It's a nice place to just get away from everyone!

I'm sorry to see you did not enjoy your stay with us. I will pass this review along to our other departments, so we can be sure were getting everything into the rooms for our guest to use. We are currently going through exterior renovations, and will be going through renovations this winter, so we would love to see you come back and see the new Chase Suite. We hope you have a great day!

Thank you for taking the time to fill out an informative review of your stay. I'm sorry to see that there were so many issues with your stay. I can assure you that since you last stay with us, our internet has been upgraded to a better, faster, fiber based internet that has been operating exceptionally well! The issues with the seal on the flapper for the toilet and the faucet have been rectified so they will not be a nuisance for the next guest! As for the shuttle, I am not able to change the time to an earlier start, however the correct information has been passed on to all Third Party reservation websites, so that any and all guest booking with the expectation of a service we provide will be accurate! I am aware these points of progress to not directly benefit your previous stay, but I can say they will benefit any future stay with us! I hope to see you again, and I hope you have a great day!
