My room had a light in the bathroom that was flickering bright to dim. There was a horrible smell coming from the sink. There was no fridge, only a mini fridge that was locked. The rooms could use updating

Everything was great, staff, room etc. Beds weren't super comfortable though!

Our room was spacious and definitely a 4 to 5 star experience there. While the staff is very friendly and always responsive, there is absolutely no help when arriving at the hotel. The entire front of the hotel is a no parking zone so it is very confusing. There is no help at all with luggage or parking, etc. there are no visible luggage carts to help get your luggage to the room. In my mind this is not a 4 to 5 star experience. The bar staff at the Savoy was a let down. Not professional and watching them make drinks pouring from all these plastic containers was gross. Bad energy in that place, no vibe. Nothing happening around the hotel. Most likely would not stay there again.

It was truly unique being able to stay in a property that was also an art museum. The museum was available to walk around and view 24/7. I fell in love with the tall robin egg blue penquins throughout the building. Guest were invited to move them around and they would pop up in different places. Mixologist in bar made a wonderful cocktail called "grad school drop out". A perfect way to end an evening

We originally were put in a room that had a slight musty smell. We are picky about smells to be fair. The host at the front dest worked some magic as the hotel was mostly full and got us another room that was much better than our original room! Thanks 21C for this service.

Very nice, clean, and cool! We loved staying here. The front desk people were super nice and helped us with anything we needed. They brought mini fridges to us when we needed them too. The art was bizarre, but really cool. We were also able to bring our bikes in our room and there was a bike trail close. We were able to walk/ride to restaurants near the hotel, and they had really good food. Great experience.

Everything was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Your staff was fantastic, I wish I would’ve gotten names but the women who checked us in and out were amazing. They were so friendly and efficient. Thank you for a great weekend.

Great place to stay and close to power and light district

Friendly and attentive staff. The place was kept clean - no complaints during my stay here. Fitness center was nice and the artwork was a unique touch. Only thing I can nit pick was the very soft mattress that kept me up. Wish I had something firmer but overall 9.9/10!

Early check-in without a hassle, standard bathrobe, modern furnishings with nothing extraneous, museum and restaurant top notch. Consistently inspired beyond measure when I stay at the 21c.

I was barely even there, was at an event and only slept there. Left early the next morning. Seemed nice.
