The property is a semi detached apartment conveniently and securing located in a residential area at the end of Church Road, 800 meters from Acacia mall, Kisementi and other happening areas. It's in a place they say " IT NEVER GOES TO SLEEP" with street food available all day and night. It's fully furnished; with a calming environment. It comes with a balcony for relaxing at leisure, laptop work space, WiFi access, open kitchen, single bedroom with a double sized bed and single bed, a clean bathroom with a shower and hot water. 3 – 5 min walk to social amenities like banks, supermarkets, local food market, pharmacy, gym, restaurants, bars, cafes and cinema.

The space
It is clean, accessible, secure with a very friendly Lazarus at the entry point, reliable; and accommodates 4 people and has everything one would need for a comfortable stay.


The outside veranda has seats with some potted plants , perfect for an evening cup of coffee and a book. The house has 4 windows with burglar proof to enhance security while allowing the fresh breeze to circulate the space for freshness. at the entry to the apartment is a sub gates either side for enforced privacy and security with padlocks.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave, utensils and cutlery to enable my guest fix a quick meal during their stay. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and salt are provided in the kitchen.

The security features in the house include a metallic front door with high security padlocks, windows with burglar proof and a wooden doors to all the rooms with locks. Lazarus is always available on site both day and night to facility the guests with entry. In addition to these security measures, guests are encouraged to take additional precaution towards their safety and that of their property especially when moving around. Remember that Security begins with you!

4G modem for extra WiFi and connectivity especially when power is off and the guest has urgent work but guests will be required to purchase data bundles.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house and all facilities therein.

Interaction with guests
Christine has limited interaction with guests especially because she stays off site but always accessible via email or call.

Other things to note

The cleaning lady comes in once a week to clean the apartment and do laundry for the linen and towels. Personal laundry can be done at an additional trivial cost.

Airport transfers can be arranged at 150,000 Ugx (approximately $45) which is payable directly to person who picks you up. This is preferred especially for late night arrivals.
