If you want to spend time at the hotel only, then this is the place for you. You have a private beach where you can kayak and snorkel. However, it is so far to get anywhere else. You cannot walk anywhere at all. The taxi service from the hotel starts from 450 baht. Facilities are old and not well maintained.

We loved everything about the property! The food was great, the rooms were awesome, the resort setting and private beach were beautiful, the staff was so kind and hospitable!

Could definitely tell it was very nice when it first opened, but as of our visit (Nov 2019) we could see some (minor) rusts and cracks in the buildings. Otherwise, the private pool water was clean, and the breakfast was good. If you are planning on sight seeing around town, this is probably not the place as getting into Patong takes about 30 minutes. Even within the facility, if you are staying in the "high bay" area, you definitely need to call for the cart to move anywhere (the beach, breakfast, lobby...). We had a good time chilling by the private pool. Keep in mind that the pool villas are built with the open space concept--the pro is that the view is excellent, and the con is that the privacy is not entirely guaranteed.

We really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful private views with close proximity to night life

Expansive campus requires hotel transportation to move from hotel room to breakfast, gym, lobby, and beach. Generally the buggy was ready within 1-2 minutes but numerous times the wait time was greater than 15 minutes. I also felt the room types were deceiving and we got a small room with a partial view for the price I expected a private villa. The staff was not willing to accommodate. We also felt the registration staff was much more Rude than the kitchen/breakfast staff. The food was also delicious.

Dear Nirasda,Greetings from The Naka Phuket!Thank you for choosing our hotel for your accommodation requirements and for taking the time to write your feedback. We regret that we did not meet your expectations during your stay, and we apologize for the inconvenience. This is certainly not the kind of experience we were hoping you would have with us, and far from our usual standards. Yet we appreciate you giving the details as it helps us to see what areas need further focus. However, if you informed us about your concerns, we are very willing to assist you to the best of our abilities. We do hope that you could come back and give us a chance to make it up to you on your next visit. All the best to you!Warmest regards,Vichit W.Hotel Manager
