front desk couldn't get keys right sent me to room with people in it. Room had hole in bathroom door, fan broken hanging down, exterior window was broken about to shatter and fall.

Great place for hookers and drug addicts. Not a family place to stay.

I've used this hotel for years when I've been in the area for this yearly festival. I've decided for my safety that i cannot continue to use this hotel and will be required to find other accommodations. I was there for 2 nights, a Friday and Saturday night. I don't know what was going on in that hotel at night, but it wasn't sleeping. Doors slamming, people talking, noise in hallways all night long. Too many people loitering in hallways, in lobby and in parking lot. The security door for after hours was never functional, meaning it just never was locked. Bathroom was moldy and shower curtain smelled. Ice machine was none functional on a 92 + degree day.

I was there for 3 nights and they didn't make up my room. I talked to front desk twice and they assured me that it would get done. They have only two tables in the breakfast area and they were out of half the items.

The bed was comfortable.and it was quite there all and all nice

The faucet in the tub dripped all night long, 3 of the lights bulbs in the room were burnt out, there were no extra blankets or pillows. I had a hard time finding the location, because there were no signs on the road indicating that it was back behind some restaurants.

Things were pretty much what I expected for the price, except that the bed sheets seemed somewhat dirty. There was some lint and hair on them. It is possible that they went through the wash and just stayed on because of static or something, but it seems like there was enough of it that it should have been noticed by housekeeping.

It may be Michigan law that no one smoke in the hotel - but - it was clear from the moment of setting foot inside the building that it was currently being smoke in. For me, with COPD, it was a bad night's stay followed by fear of having severe breathing problems for several days to come. Recommend smokers only!

The room was very musty and the carpet was dirty (as in hadn't been shampooed in years). Standard Conti breakfast with a waffle maker. Very small breakfast area, only two tables. Shifty people in the dark corners of the parking lot at night (seriously). The only positive was the staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt sorry for them having to work there.

We were just looking for a place to sleep, and go one that was clean and comfortable with a frig.

Spent less for two nights than one night at the "official" class reunion hotel. Received clean towels for the second day, but bed was not made, nor coffee maker supplies added. Coffee maker did not work properly, anyway. It was a clean, cheap place to stay. Not on a main street--hard to find.

I was hesitant to stay at this motel, but frugality ruled and I did. The room was clean. The sheets were stained but clean, they were just old. For a motel the stay was just that, someplace to sleep. We went out for breakfast so I can't say anything about the food. The one problem I encountered was some very noisy neighbors, load voices and slamming doors until after 3am. But that’s I think an issue you will run into in an inexpensive motel in a college town.

The rooms were average clean good beds the service is fine overall its an average motel.

We were looking for a cheap place to stay in Kalamazoo for a friend's wedding. It was dirty, smelly, loud.

This was the worst hotel that we stayed at on the entire trip through Michigan. It was hard to locate and when called, the people running it do not speak English very well. I had to really ask a lot of questions on how to find the hotel. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and had to ask for that and additional pillows for the bed. I think I got bitten by something as I had bites on my neck from that place and ended up not feeling well for three days. It was a good thing we were headed home. The only really good thing was the price and the continental breakfast.

Every part of this hotel was filthy dirty. The Sheets on the bed had hair on them and were so stained it was appalling. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. I wouldn't even take my shoes off to walk on the carpet. The chairs were just as dirty. Lamp fixture was written on with (Toys & Boys) perhaps the rooms were rented by the hour!! The price of this filth dirty hotel was &90.00 So not worth it!! I would never book on Orbits again. We were locked into the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

the odor of cigarette smoke is everywhere; it is obvious that they never changed the carpets after classifying several floors as non-smoking. maintenance seems almost non-existent

Upon check in and check out the front desk was not at all friendly or attentative while I was at the counter. She was in a hurry to get back to her phone call.
