Great location for the traveler, food nearby. very clean and great staff.

There was a group of us who stayed at the Quality Inn for one night for a sporting event in Battle Creek. We all thought the rooms were a great size and were very clean. The beds were comfortable too. The breakfast bar was well stocked and included a few hot items as well.

Location and room was fine, just off the highway, and room was clean. Just dont think I would stay there again, not with kids anyway. There were so many chemicals in the pool that not even a shower would eliminate the smell from your skin, and the water burned your eyes. The property needed updating. Might stay there if I was alone and just needed to crash for the night. Otherwise, I would find another place if with kids or as a couple.

The hotel was undergoing improvements when my family stayed in November 2014. Our room was clean and updated. The staff was helpful and friendly. I only see this hotel improving in the near future and would stay again if I'm in the area.

I stayed here to break up a long driving trip. The location is convenient, right off I-94. The hotel provided free wifi and free breakfast, which was ok (eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, etc). The beds were also comfortable. The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (it's a non-smoking hotel and they charge you if there's evidence that you smoke), so we told the front desk and they promptly put us in a new room which was satisfactory.

I had a great day at the hotel, I will recommend this hotel to my friends

Everything went well from check in to atmosphere and layout of the hotel. Very updated and modern and convenient to dining

The bothersome details BEFORE the storm: closest ice machine was broken, water pressure in shower painfully strong (not adjustable), hook on bathroom door falling out, plaster above window flaking off due to water damage. AFTER the storm that knocked out power for 48 hours: continental breakfast that was part of deal was just dry cereal and pastries (power was on 3 blocks away- staff could have bought milk and other food and brought to hotel), window had a screw in frame preventing it from opening- no air conditioning meant HOT room so I asked staff to remove screw so I could open window- was given a pair of channel locks and had to do the job myself. Pitch black with no electricity- there were some LED puck lights in hallways, but a flashlight for each room would have made life easier and safer. So two days of no hot water, air conditioning or breakfast. I know it's not the hotel's fault that the power went out, but they did NOTHING to make the situation better for their guests. One last bothersome event: I needed a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine to celebrate the power finally coming back on- the front desk clerk said I could purchase one in their gift shop. Gimme a break! Oh, and the other ice machine is now inoperable. The most apologetic and gracious staff person was the cleaning lady for our room. The manager refuses to compensate me in any way for the $100/ night that I paid to stay in this place. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to DIS-Comfort Inn!!!

Overall good experience, decent value, good breakfast and dinner

this hotel bills your credit card even though you have already paid . they say you will get a credit in 7 to 10 days. not good business practice.

My two issues: The wireless internet was slow and unreliable. You shouldnt say you have wireless internet if it doesnt work. Second, the lady who "checked me out". I had to wait while she talked on the phone about the shuttle driver, I waited like 5 minutes for a checkout that took 5 seconds (since I was all paid up anyhow). I wont go back. But the lady who checked me in was good.

Arrived to check in and was told that our reservation was overbooked. They had made other arrangements for us.What a surprise...........

The room I had definitely had no theme as they advertised. It was very average with rather old furnishings. The carpet needed a good cleaning, but the bathroom was clean. The location is very good - close to restaurants and the mall.
