Would never recommend this place. Horrible smell in room. Staff not friendly at all. Pool was cold and no hot tub.

Bed was uncomfortable other than that everything was fine

The rooms were clean but a bit old. No blankets on the beds, only a top sheet and a bedspread. It snowed that night so we were cold. Pillows need replaced and breakfast was only from 6-9. We got in late so waking up at 8:30 didn't give us enough time to get breakfast. I would suggest that breakfast run until 10am, giving people a bit more flexibility.

Staff was nice and accommodating. New carpet was nice. It had a computer and printer that people can use which is nice.

Great deal, friendly staff. They kept the pool open a bit later for us. They were in the middle of flooring updates.

The room had unusual pillows, a lot of cobwebs, drive or sidewalks not kept clear. Had great shower power.

used this hotel as a quick stopover on our trip to Chicago. The hotel and staff were good, but our room smelled of old cigarette smoke and we found some leftovers in the room from the previous guests. The room was clean, just the odd little thing missed by the maid. For the price we paid for the room this was a great place to stop late at night. Close to airport for anyone with flight plans.

The room itself was nice, spacious & even comfortable until I woke up & had bites on my arm & actually saw a bed bug.

Long ride from New York and needed a place to stay. Hotel met all our expectations.

Clean enough hotel, however when I went to bed that night, there was only a sheet on the bed along with the bedspread. No blanket! I don't like to use a hotel bedspread because I know they're not laundered every time. Go to take a shower the next morning and notice there is no bath mat, only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. Nothing to stand on when I got out of the shower. Probably will not stay there again as there are several other hotels in the area.

Great time food was great had a great time close to we're we were going would come back next year

About what you'd expect for 2 stars. It is located right next to the airport, so served the purpose. I just needed a place to spend the night before catching an early flight out the next morn. It looked like they were in the process of upgrading a wing or floor; painting, replacing furniture, etc.

Dead bolt did not work, room clean, but has the "yuck" factor, brreakfast very poor, would never stay again

The lobby was nicely decorated and pleasant. Pulling up to the front of the hotel, you wouldn't think it would be that nice. The rooms were okay but when you are in the bathroom you smell something stinky coming through the vents. I don't recall seeing an elevator to help with our luggage. The continental breakfast was okay. The hallways were stuffy. The staff was very friendly though. I had requested a crib for my room and never received it. If you're looking for a place to sleep I would go elsewhere next time.

The front door ended up being a dead giveaway to what we were to experience inside! The varnish was worn off. The elevator to the second floor to our handicapped accessible room wasn't working; they ended up giving us a room on the first floor. The once elegant carpets in the hall were stained with what appeared to be food. The nameplates with the name of the hotel two owners ago were blocked out with black tape on most doors. The room was deodorized with numerous Renuzits throughout--in and under everything; however, I must say they did work. The sink drain had dark cracks all around it. The backing of the mirror above the sink was coming off. The carpet was stained. The chairs were badly scratched. The inside of the lampshade was all cracked. There was not remote for the TV. The white shower curtain had black splashes of stain in numerous places. The tub had a long dark hair and numerous short hairs in it before we, with short gray hair, even showered. When we turned the bedspread down on one of the two beds, the white backside of it was grossly stained with a large stain that looked like feces and other extraneous stains that looked like party-time in several areas. The sheet even had stains on. That alone was enough to gross us out!!! Had it not already been 2am when we arrived, we no doubt would have asked for another room. Come breakfast time, 6-9am, we went down at 8am. There were no napkins; I went to the front desk and asked for tissues because they said they had no napkins. A guest finally figured out how to turn on the juice machine that had not been turned on yet. There were bagels, cream cheese, butter, do-it-yourself waffle batter, a box of bran with raisins, syrup and milk. That was breakfast. As it was, we would have asked for our money back from the hotel, but we had booked it through you. We did tell them about it and showed them the pictures. They suggested we send the pictures to the management. They also said that the sign for the new hotel chain had just gone up the day before and that the new owner is planning to remodel starting December 15th. I hope that happens because the location and the basic facility had promise. However, right now, I would recommend it to no one--no matter the price--and certainly not the price we pre-paid!!!!!!!

Our room smelled bad. It was dirty. The pool was to cold to even swim in. They ran out of just about everything for breakfast. They were rude and complained when I asked for more towels. Over all I would never go back!

It was not a pleasant experience: -- Unprofessional and aloof front desk staff at both check in and check out. -- poor room preparation. -- Loose tub railing -- Curtains falling down -- Uncomforatable bed (matress) -- Only a single set of towels -- Ice tub but no cups -- Tissue box in place but empty

Kids really enjoyed the pool and felt the room was comfortable. Pizza place was close for a quick dinner. Good value for the money, but I also had a 15% coupon. Otherwise, value wouldn't have been as good. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was clean, had many amnenities and the staff were very helpful

Customer service and room quality were definitely missing from this hotel. I travel in the area frequently and while the location was good I will be staying somewhere else next time.
