We chose this hotel because we had stayed there before and because of the chain it belong to and our good experience with it. However, when we arrived, this particular hotel was seriously aged, not very well kept and the staff was not overly friendly or helpful. We will not be staying here again.

good breakfast was poor- completely different from what we saw online. they ran out of eggs more than an hour before breakfast was over and refused to make more no hot meals except waffles. I was dissapointed

Sinks were stained and faucets dripped. Toilet did not flush completely and screeched. Too noisy. Air conditioner right next to foot of bed. Sofa smelled musty. Bad experience.

Common area had odor - needs to be cleaned and updated. Room was clean but bathroom toilet was not cleaned well before or during our stay. The beds and pillows were some of the best we have had in a long time - fantastic sleep. Breakfast was the standard fair for this type of hotel and was good. Staff was very polite. Good value for the money.

The free breakfast was good. Hot and cold choices. Room was nice. Since we were there for a soccer tournament, it was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Had an uneventful quite stay. Just what you need when traveling for business. Sincerely, Tom

While the listing states that there is a pool, it is green and cold. Additionally, the hot tub has been filled with concrete. The rooms are nice enough, it is lacking the amenities.

While overall the rooms and facilities were good, this location really does not have a functioning pool. The pool water was ice cold, and looked like a pond with the scum. Additionally, the hot tub was filled with concrete.

Not the best place to stay. If you light no light bulbs, bad breakfast, and internet that doesn't work this is your place.

I will be traveling to KZoo 3 days a week for the next few months. I will not stay at this hotel again. I didn't have light bulbs in the lamps, the internet is not very good. I have to more two rooms closer so I could pick up thier wireless the next day it didn't work at all. I had a do not disturb on my door the housekeeping came and cleaned my room anyway. I paid $90 for this hotel and it was not worth even half of that. The breakfast was small and not a lot of options. When discussing with the hotel manager he did not say I'm sorry once. He just said I can check into that. Thier business center was functional either. Computer not working and broken printer.

needed to have better access to dining facilities

It's 2 minutes from the airport so is convenient, and the staff is very friendly. It's fine if you just want a no frills place to sleep.

went on wine trail and had a great hote lto relax in at theend of the day. Hot tub was wonderful, but the heated pool was cold. They have an impressive breakfast bar complete with biscuits and gravy, waffles, coffee and much more. The staff was friendly. Would definately go back.

Bathroom was not in good shape. It was moldy and in need of repair. It was also very small. I would have felt better paying less. The young man at the front desk was very nice and accommadating!
