It was ok to stay there for just one night. When we got there there were no towels in the room and the staff wasn't all that friendly. The breakfast was great though.

Poor signage and access into property made difficult to enter.

Upon walking in, we were greeted by the site of exposed mold and the sub base of entry way floors. The staff claimed to not know about the renovations until that morning, but if that is true - the crew should did a heck of a lot of work in a very short time as most of the lobby and first floor hallway was under heavy construction....not to mention, the place where the hot tub used to be had been completely cemented over and walls put up between the pool and that area. I mean, I know crews can work fast, but that's impressive. The pool had rusted ladders, a very rusted handicap accessible chair unit, and had a green tint to the water. The owner was very nice in explaining why all of this was, but that didn't help the fact that we picked that particular hotel both because of price AND our plans to relax in the hot tub while the kids swam. The kids trooped it out in the pool, but the experience was obviously not the one we planned for as there was no longer a hot tub. Also, breakfast was a giant disappointment. There are some hot options, but they were potatoes and sausage. No eggs. The only egg choice was a barely edible version of a hard boiled egg. We watched the breakfast attendant drop muffins (they were wrapped in plastic-but still) pick them up and put them in the container for customers. The owner promised to give me half of our money back to stay on the spot so we decided to troop it out. Before checking out they said I would have to call Orbitz for a refund.

Nice place close to highway. Clean. Will stay here again when in the area.

Very comfortable for the price. Clean nice bed with decent linens. Felt like a 3-3.5 star place. Stayed for a work conference. Right on the highway which was audible but not bothersome.

For the price it's a great place to stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Pretty close to restaurants and easy access to the highway. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool, hot tub and floor in the pool area were dirty. Hot tub was cool, under 98 both days we were there.

Best hotel in the area. I have been staying around different hotels in the area during my business trip. This one has best experience

the staff were great seems all kept their job from previous owner. The location is perfect almost walking distance from airport

The hotel was nice, however the hot breakfast they had available was missing more than half of the things advertised.

breakfast could be longer on sunday..but besides that the stay was nice

great hotel, breakfast could of been longer on sunday

Very good, clean facility. The staff was very helpful. We recommend this hotel.

Nice. Friendly and caring staff. Breakfast was good, up to date rooms.

This was a wind down night. We just came in from Italy and decided that we would just relax. When we arrived we were so glad to see such nice accommodations. It was clean and refreshing. The location was prefect so that we can get to the airport easily. Thank you Hampton Inn.

We like staying at the Hampton Inn, and this was fine - but definitely not the best we've stayed it. The room was a bit cramped and the walls were thin - we could hear children running above and conversations next door. But overall just fine.

The Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I travel often for business and can recognize a good staff and a well-kept facility. The management and entire staff helped make my short, one-night stay very pleasant.

We spent the night in Kalamazoo to go to the KWings hockey game. The location of the hotel was excellent, although the extra turns to get on the right street going in the right direction was challenging.

Since I could not go to my home I grew up in, I stayed at Hampton Inn because I felt so-o-o-o-o comfortable there. My mom always had a pot of coffee brewing. There was always something to do (like swimming). And family was close by. The Hampton provided me with everything I was accustomed to.

Kalamazoo Air Zoo, Kellogg Bio Station. Staff were very friendly, and helpful.
